They asked me how they could reach other managers, and I forwarded them to the service board. When I noticed another campaign on the service section, I reached out to my contact and asked if I should pause mine and return the escrowed funds. They said that my campaigns have nothing to do with others, so I should not pause the campaign. I don't find it disrespectful, but kinda competitive, which should be a good thing.
Fair point. However, for example, I don't drive the car to three different service stations for the same type of repair at the same time. I decide on one that I have experienced as the best quality and most reliable, and I stick to it.

It's very common for marketers to run different kinds of campaigns. We're not used to seeing it in bitcoin talk but it's still nothing out of the ordinary in terms of marketing

Let me share my perspective on this. The Bitz team introduced a new manager to me a couple of weeks ago, and my previous contact person is no longer with them. The current contact person was not familiar with the forum. I was talking to them just a few days ago and told them about my forum situation, and they said, 'No worries!' They refilled the escrow wallet twice already.
It's great to hear this from a manager, this clarifies the possible doubts of most participants, both from the current campaign and the other manager's, yeah, they refilled the escrow wallet for the first campaign. We don't know the brand's strategy of diversifying marketing campaigns with more than one manager, remembering that BC.Game did something similar this year with a more aggressive investment than usual in the third campaign, which for some reason didn't work out very well for them or perhaps it had a defined duration. If everything is ok for the managers, the brand, and the participants, that's the fundamental point. Of course, not everyone will see this in a positive light and will question it, as it's the first, second or third time we're witnessing this diversification of managers on the forum, so it's normal for questions to arise.

Even before choosing that particular service station without someone having to tell you or recommend it to you, you may have to drive to all the three of them to experience which one has the best quality and reliability. Maybe they are trying to find out which strategy has much better positive results before sticking to it. I however do hope that the time frame they will use will be much longer for a broader picture.

I believe the managers should not have any problem as long as other managers do not reach their clients. I don't have a problem if my client reaches other managers. However, I do not expect other managers to acquire my clients while I am already actively working for the brand. I have reached out to almost all the campaign managers to understand the standard when I started my own service, and I think I have a good understanding of how I should approach clients. Since Bitz team informed me and they reached other managers, I do not have any problem at all.

Congratulations on the great work @icopress! It's been a while since we've seen a campaign with payouts considered above average compared to what we've had on average in the last two years. I'm very happy to see that exchanges seem to be returning to running marketing campaigns in the the community. Privacy is not a crime or silliness! Remember that payout is just one detail, if you participate in any of the sig campaigns in this community, it's a privilege that should be valued. Congrats to all campaign managers for managing their campaigns with mastery and professionalism over the months/years.

This campaign reminds us of the previous campaign led by icopress [Exch] and now comes b1exch with the highest paid campaign currently upto $125. I'm very happy to see that exchanges seem to be returning to running marketing campaigns in the the community. Privacy is not a crime or silliness!
I hope this kind of exchange lasts for a long time... especially seeing that b1exh has great liquidity. O damn government... don't you ever think privacy is illegal, this is our freedom we are here for.

It feels good to see more campaigns pop in here, especially other services such as exchanges. I hope others follow suit too where we don't have to only look for them in third party monitoring websites all the time. I think the biggest problem is the witch-hunt by the Government. Once the platform becomes popular and big, Government and LE start moaning.

Yeah, but put yourself in their shoes: they don't know anything about the forum, so they can't even assess if the campaign is performing as expected as they have nothing to compare it to. It would make sense to see which manager's strategy brings the best results. That's assuming they have a way to accurately measure the results. They could do it with tracker links, but there's a risk that could be abused by creating fake sign ups etc, so it's not perfect. It could also be that they didn't want to overload one manager with too much work, or it could be a risk management tactic to mitigate risk of handing too much funds to one person (which they might not be familiar with at all). My first reaction was also that it's not a very elegant move towards managers and creates a bit of a low-trust environment, but, at the end of the day, it's their money and their choice.

Two very big and long running campaigns were axed this week. Thoughts? Now lots of quality participants will be looking for work. I hope these services will come back running some long term promotion again because otherwise I can't understand why leave so suddenly. Sig Update Betpanda announced as Ended Unfortunately, this was the final week.

For me, it’s probably just a coincidence. I mean, every now and then a campaign ends, and after a few weeks or months, another one ends. In this case, two just happened to end at the same time. Just now that the price has recovered a bit, I don’t think it’s because of the bear market. It’s simply that, for various reasons, some companies decide to advertise on the forum, and eventually they decide to end their campaigns. If we see more campaigns ending in the coming weeks, I’d start to think there’s a reason behind it, like the bear market, but if not, it’ll just have been a coincidence.

Sad week for the bitcointalk sig camp economy eh? 35 more unemployed people. 35 more hungry mouths. With that update, unless there are new campaigns that become available this week, total available slot number will get closer to 500. * (not counting the 2 campaigns which don't have any slot number data in ralle14's post.) It is all cyclical though don't worry. We will recover from that. This shall too pass. People thought world war 2 was the end of the world. It wasn't. Don't lose hope. Together, we will prosper.

It's because punkz.com and Betpando.io are sister casinos (or owned by the same entity - Star Bright Media S.R.L) So even their pattern of promotions or marketing was a bit similar in the forum from the signature campaigns to the contest. The campaigns ending at the same time is no surprise.

Sad week for the bitcointalk sig camp economy eh? 35 more unemployed people. 35 more hungry mouths. ~snip~
Were all 35 members from those campaigns completely dependent on the income from them? I believe that most people who participate in sig campaigns have jobs (another source of income), and do not consider this forum a place for work.

For the best posters, most will be in a campaign again and given the increased supply, new campaigns may emerge or some existing campaigns may increase their budget to attract the best posters from both campaigns. I believe the term "to be employed" is just an inside joke among some members, it's not really an actual job, some campaigns here on the forum already exceed the minimum wage of many formal and underemployed jobs in underdeveloped countries. In my country, the payouts from some campaigns here pay more than a salaried worker who does a thousand tasks in supermarkets and wholesale stores.

I'd say that's a point in favor of my argument. In this case, it's a corporation that has decided to stop advertising on the forum, although in this instance it had two casinos running two campaigns instead of just one. Were all 35 members from those campaigns completely dependent on the income from them? I believe that most people who participate in sig campaigns have jobs (another source of income), and do not consider this forum a place for work.

Without concrete data, and since we have people from all over the world on the forum, it’s likely that some of them rely on their campaign income as their sole source of income, or that they have another source of income in real life but losing their campaign income would be a major blow to their household finances. Not everyone has a regular job in a developed country that pays them much more than the campaign, allowing them to save all their campaign earnings, use it as beer money, or a mix of both.

Otherwise, if end of campaign meanshungry mouth, it's really sad situation that people rely on signature campaigns as their main source of income. If I would have to do same thing, I would need to have maybe 4 or 5 accounts in signature campaigns to earn enough money for month. Anyway, end of 2 campaigns owned by same entity isn't big deal, such things happens time from time. Not something positive, but not the end of the world.
