Absolutely, i edited my previous comment, adding that. My list of most dominant teams ever. TI6 Wings ranks at number 4 for me. They didn't win because they broke the game. They won because they were just better than everyone else, and by alot. Just outplaying and outdrafing everyone. Unlike Tundra or Alliance, that completely broke the game, and force Valve to immediatly patch and nerf everything those teams were doing.

Yeah, that's pure talent and it's just sad that I think they haven't got the Ti7, I'm not sure what the reason was. Those were pure talents in them, no abuse, no bugs, just pure talent and they've beaten their opponents surprisingly no idea who they are.

Miracle fan boy here so I would include him and GH but kinda surprising that Kuroky is not on the list lol but I'd say he was decent back then so not really surprising

I also remember kuroky but I think that the impact he's got in the team not mainly in how he play but with his leadership. Experience wise, he's got it but he's not likeable just as the others.

Wings players got into a dispute with the org. They had to wait for their contracts to expire. Sad situation. 3 of them just retired. 2 players of that Wings roster are still playing actively today, in Vici Gaming. Faith_Bian(Bach) and y(innocence).

Kuroky is definitely one of the greatest players and captains of the game. But, in my personal opinion is not in the top5 peak performers. If the discussion was about leadership/captain, then absolutely. But as a player, not really. If i were to make a top5 captain/leader role in history, it would go something like:

2. Puppey
3. ppd
4. Miposhka
5. Kuroky

That series should've been a walk in the park for Falcons, but Mouz unexpectedly put up a good fight until that final map. Tomorrow's grand final will probably be a sweep at the minimum since they already rolled them 2-0 in the last meeting and I don't see Legacy keeping up with this firepower from Falcons.

After browsing the schedule for CS2, I had no idea that this would be the final big tournament before the Cologne Major, and it's crazy to think this will be their first trophy after countless tournaments, unless Legacy pulls one of the funniest things on the final.

In my opinion, Tyloo no longer possesses its former strength or ability to spring surprises. If any Asian team were to reach the final here, I reckon it would have been Mongolz, but they too failed to get past Legacy. I think the Asian teams have lost some of their edge. Mongolz are also continuing in tournaments far removed from their former strength. Tyloo was a team I really loved as a symbol, but it seems things aren’t going well on the Chinese side.

I think faith_bian is still a damn good player. I think everyone in the Vici gaming squad are all still very good players. The team is just garbage. They don't seem to mesh well together. It's very weird. Their decision making is so bad during games. I hope they get their shit together until TI.


n0tail was the one who created that double TI winning OG. It was with HIS ideals how teammates should interact with each other. All the positivity, beliefs and being able to inspire everyone around him to help him rebuild the squad. For me, it's the biggest display of leadership i've ever seen in the game. Leading through inspiration, unlike Kuroky, who led with an iron fist, where only his opinions and beliefs mattered. The TI9 True Sight is a good demonstration of that. While n0tail listened and asked for his teammates inputs during drafts, kuroky was more of a dictatorship during drafts, to the point to belittle w33's opinions at times. And let's not forget the "just play like Ceb" to Mind_Control lol.

I think faith_bian is still a damn good player. I think everyone in the Vici gaming squad are all still very good players. The team is just garbage. They don't seem to mesh well together. It's very weird. Their decision making is so bad during games. I hope they get their shit together until TI.

No doubt that the roster is good but I also don't understand why they look that they're messing around. Maybe it's with their carry, shiro. Not sure.

Kuroky is known for that and that's why even he was that good, he's not really likeable as a player. We can see the difference and the impact of leadership or maybe not even leadership but how you treat your teammates. They're called teammates for that and not to apply the kind of iron fist or belittling the suggestions about picks/drafts and the plays that you should go. Someone who's got a good ear to listen also has a good way of leading the team into victory. OG with that 2 TI roster was really the best, the "power of friendship" indeed.

In game 3 I really thought that it's time to cashout and accept losses and bet on Legacy and after that, the game 4 they just sweep them. Commends to the Legacy, at least I still managed to win back my base bet lol.

Mouz managed to secure a comfortable victory against MIBR in the third-place play-off. It was a straightforward match for Mouz, who didn’t face any real challenges on either map. Every member of the Mouz squad performed well. MIBR, on the other hand, simply couldn’t get anything going. Had Mouz managed to beat the Falcons, they might well have lifted the trophy. Another opportunity has slipped away for Mouz.

I wish to see more of these tournaments that will always include the club prizes or shares so that the org will also have their return even for a bit. Also shows the EPT points they've earned.

What a result from the team most thought would of been battered by the new lineup of the Falcons since Karrigan joined their squad.
Didn't have a chance to watch this grand finals and even missed to see what chances the bookies gave Legacy to win the tournament.

Their Dota squad losing is understandable because the playoffs will always push certain teams to another level, but their CS2 squad being this consistent with the disappointment is just unreal. It's like they brought it upon themselves and I won't be surprised if another tier two team stuns them in the major next week.

Some very questionable decisions from Valve.

Only 1 slot for South America, 1 slot for North America, when there's only 1 competitive team. They merged Eastern and Western Europe, why not do the same for Americas?

SEA qualifier is gonna be an absolute bloodbath, REKONIX, OG, GLYPH, Execration, Nemesis, and 23savage+Nikko stack. Damn!

And China qualifier having 2 slots, when XG is already invited.. well, since TI is gonna be in China, it seems they want 3 teams representing the region, but from a fairness standpoint, doesn't make sense.

Parivision not getting a direct invite is very questionable. Spirit is understandable. Europe Qualifier is another bloodbath, but it has 4 slots at least. Both should easily qualify.

Stage 1 of the Major tournament will begin in one week. I can say that I’ve spotted some promising matches in the opening rounds. I expect Gamerlegion to sweep this stage 3-0. Another team is likely to be either B8 or Betboom—I’m not entirely sure. As for the 0-3 teams, it could be Thunder Downunder, Lynn Vision, or Sharks. Anything can happen in Stage 1, so it’s hard for me to predict who will advance comfortably here.
