I think that the Team Spirit for their dota 2 roster has now became stronger with their new coach, and that's no other than their former team member, miposhka. They already have the times that they've been with and even with the new other members, this is for sure going to help them with how they're communicating each other, it's an important recipe to win games.

That's two coaches now for Spirit and the more brains, the better just like how Team Liquid operates with Blitz and Jabz.

And that's good for Team Spirit and they're now becoming serious. They didn't get a direct invite for the TI so, that gesture shows that they'll get that one of the four slot in the EU. And the first game that they have isn't that with strong opponent which is VP Prodigy and they've won 2-0 against them. 2 more matches to win for them and they're already qualified.

Although the Grand Finals for IEM Cologne were boring I watched the whole stream just to see how far Falcons has made it as a team to finally win a major.
FURIA did not make any resistance in the last map at all and it ended just like the previous two having this one go 3:0 with many predicting this how this was going to go.
After 10 years Niko got his major win and I think they mentioned Karrigan last played with him in a major back in 2018. Those were some great memories these two have had played on numerous teams in professional CounterStrike.
Really sad for Fallen to go out on a loss and I think that will be it for him with competing at this level.

The Falcons won 13-8 in three separate games. Furia tried, but at no point did they pose a threat, much less win two rounds in a row. This shows that they weren't in the game. They had some good individual performances, but they didn't amount to much. It was detail by detail that a huge advantage was built for the Falcons. This title was truly well-deserved.

I also watched that choke happen live because the IEM finals were already a wrap midway through the third map. That fourth map was a must win for PRX because LEV has been playing well on Lotus during their run in the lower bracket.

It's truly sad, but he will certainly remain in the scene. Who knows, maybe we'll see Fallen coaching a team from abroad or even a Brazilian team? I think when he retires he'll focus on streaming and then probably go back to doing something other than playing.

TI qualifier in the SEA is now concluded and that one very slot has been taken by OG with a full roster of filipino's. The org trusted them and they didn't disappoint. Currently, here are the qualified teams and as well as the invited. There are 4 more slots in EU and then 1 for NA to be filled.

Regarding the CS Major, I haven't seen many comments here about coach Zonic's sixth major title. He won four with Astralis when they were at the top. And of those four, three were consecutive. Then he got another one with Vitality and this one with Falcons. It's truly a great story, so much so that in the news I saw, he's already considering retirement.

Well actually no, there has been 3 times actually. Execration on TI 2017, TNC predator on TI 2018  and just last year Team Nemesis. All these teams consist of 5 players from Philippines and besides that, esports has bee on of the biggest thing that most people in Philippines watch I guess

Speaking of qualifiers, Im actually curious about Nigma though. If they win tomorrow then they are going to qualify but what really made me interested is that they play much better compared to the last roster considering this roster is probably only been like 1 month around

Yes, Fallen did exactly that in Brazil in the past, creating a separate system from CS to rank players and create balanced and competitive matches. It's quite famous in the Brazilian CS community. So, it's something he's been doing for a long time and will certainly continue and improve.

They did a great work in the last Major by reaching semi finals. They could have reached the finale nicely too but they lost their focus a lot. I liked the organization actually but maybe this change could bring them a Major title in the future.

Now that CS2 is in the offseason, it's likely happening when the roster has already reached its peak and it's barely getting any better.

It reminds me of the situation with FaZe, if they didn't make it to the final of the Budapest Major, then karrigan stepping down from the roster might've happened earlier.

They have done a team restructuring before remember when they known as Eternal Fire? Looking at some background information I believe they were a Norwegian based organization back then.
But as ralle14 had mentioned any changes done to their squad will most likely happen during the offseason where CS2 are at now with their tournaments.

I agree, they'll be losing all the VRS points if they drop the whole roster and it's a waste when they could change one or two players for now and then continue the rebuild until the next season if they're still not satisfied with the results.

They were eliminated quickly during the group stages but that's a good participation for them. Maybe this time raven with OG could do end good. SEA doesn't much get love from gaben. Even SA is doing well, they only get one slot. It's either EU and China always being loved by Volvo. Anyway, the teams for TI2026 are now complete with the current prize pool of $1.6M which I think that Valve will later increase it through the commission from the dark carnival or maybe with another followed up event. Even topson is calling out valve about it.

T1 should win but i do expect competition from KC and maybe even a map win

More exciting match should be TL vc KC in the lower bracket next round,  TL should have won the second map but T1 things happened and it ended in a 3-0

KC would be favorites but honestly i think TL makes it super close and we go to a 5 mapper
