Even though it's unlikely, there's always a world where it could happen since they've done it before in First Stand, and the LCK teams suddenly failed to show up against them.

Holy cow, I called it! G2 just eliminated T1 from MSI. Now I kind of want for them to win the whole thing, although I still think HLE and BLG is too strong for them.
On a side note: This means that T1 is going to win Worlds again.

Edit: Welp, TES just can't beat the curse and somehow lost 1-3.

I'm pretty sure this ruined a lot of bets and LoL Pick'Ems, haha. Somehow they just can't perform during international tournaments.

Day 3 is in for the Esports World Cup group stage for dota 2 and these are the standings of the team, the weakest ones are now visible and they need to win the remaining games because the end of this group stage is nearing to its end. Each group will have to eliminate 2 teams.

Yeah, it seems that their new coach is maps. And that all started I think from the last tournament when he has walked out. Not healthy for the organization to have such coach although they've been through a lot.

I agree to this idea, kaka is a good one and no doubt that he's one of the best players during his prime. Right now, he's going to be a good coach if ever he wants to do it. There's still the TI so they can make up their minds.

There’s been a surprise development at BC.Game, and mzinho has been added to the roster as the fifth player. The team is doing everything it can to help BC.Game achieve success. I honestly don’t know if S1mple had any specific requests regarding these players, but it’s fair to say they now have a stronger roster than before. Senzu and mzinho are already former teammates, and Magisk is an experienced player. If we consider that S1mple and electronic will also contribute, BC.Game might just achieve success this time.

Watching the MSI these past few days felt unreal because every underdog won in the last three series (G2, BLG, LYON). I thought the LCK teams were the teams to beat, but they've been underwhelming and might've had too much confidence in themselves with drafting artillery mages.

That NA vs EU series earlier wasn't how I expected it to end, because one team took out the b2b World Champions while the other got a free pass to a guaranteed fourth place thanks to TSW, and somehow the latter came out on top.



We should still see a rematch between HLE and BLG on Sunday, though this time BLG will probably be the slight favorites.

Liquid announced that they had benched Ultimate and added Bulgarian AWPer Jorko to their roster. It was already long past time for Liquid to make a change, and in my opinion, Ultimate didn’t live up to expectations with Liquid. Since this team has had better AWPers in the past, Ultimate fell short.
Another AWPer change came from the NRG team. oSee was benched, and hallzerk joined the team. A Norwegian AWPer joined the American team, and frankly, I think it’s a good move.

I was a bit wrong about Liquid but I was so right about the others teams. However , I think the one who will fail as soon as the playoffs begins will be Spirit because we already saw cracks in their style or during the mid game period and as soon as they will face a team like 1win or betboom , they will simply 2-0 them.

I still don't get it why is not Apex Legends an esports game where we can bet ? the fan base is still huge , the updates are insane , the community is packed and they gather a lot more people into arenas than Dota 2. ( dota 2 is the most loved game but somehow the most unattended esports game in arenas besides TI ).

I remember the tradition. But if G2 manages to impose their game again, Europe will once again be a protagonist in LoL after decades without any major achievement. And that would change a lot for future competitions; I'm honestly excited about G2 showing that it's possible to win.

Not yet because in their bracket, they don't have the strongest. Although they're in good form right now, so it's possible that they can win it but let's see as they potentially will move to the playoffs. I think which teams are to be eliminated now are totally weak and not yet prepared for the TI. But those who are qualified to the TI, we'd see them that they're going to learn a lot from this EWC.

LGD should also pull through, given they're facing the weakest team. OG vs VP is like the battle of the mid, but OG has the easier way out due to their draw against 1win yesterday.

Not really surprised on a roster change for them. Have been mentioning about Team Liquid's poor performance all year and they just haven't been improving themselves to get to a finals. Now it looks as if they see where they were lacking and have made some kind of change. So this is a start.

I did a bet for 1win and Team Yandex game to end up with a draw but Team Yandex was too good, they beat 1win with a 2-0 just now. LGD gaming end up winning 2-0 against IC. So the teams that are in danger are VP and OG which are playing right now and I think OG only needs to win the 2nd map despite VP won the map 1.

Congrats to HLE, the MSI finals wrapped up with HLE edging BLG out in a full five-map series. When BLG won the second and third maps, it looked like it could've ended 3-1 again, but their drafts were just harder to execute in those last two maps. People were hyping up BLG's golden road, but the expectations were too high when it only takes one LCK team to lock in and ruin the streak.

These players singlehandedly cost their teams wins. This Nemesis team is omega trash. Worst team of the tournament hands down.


I still maintain my previous prediction. Nigma is doing a deep run this tournament. They are playing very good Dota. My only doubt is if they can change something up for the knockout stage, as Lorenof will probably get figured out by the time they have to play again. Lorenof is the MVP of the tournament SO FAR for me. Old Miracle vibes on this one. Parivision, Yandex, Nigma, Betboom, Falcons are the teams with the biggest chances for me. I don't see 1win or Spirit winning this one. LGD and Playtime were very disappointing. Got fraud checked. South America still doesn't have what it takes to win a real tournament. Liquid extremely poor gameplay, Mouz an atrocity as expected and Vici the slayers of shit teams, but can't handle the big boys. Aurora can surprise.

Yeah, I was surprised that OG lost to VP twice because this team looks like they're not good at all when I've watched some of their games. They was able to eliminate them and that ends OGs run on the EWC. Too early. And VP has got that 1v1 tiebreaker against LGD, and LGD won that.
I was wrong in other teams going in the playoffs. Team Spirit is not there yet and it was the top 1 of each bracket who gets in to the playoffs.
