Tomorrow we have the start of the BLAST Open Porto 2026.

My early prediction for the first day of Blast is to see a close series between G2 and Aurora. This is the only series expected to be close, but the over is more preferable because even with G2's map pool looking a bit weird, they showed Anubis can be winnable for them.



It's hard not to see a three map series given both teams lost to FURIA 1-2, and even though Aurora has the better map pool, the bookies know not to underestimate G2, unlike before.

Aurora's map pool isn't quite settled yet. With the new players, they haven't fully decided which maps they should play on.
At least as far as I know, Anubis is their main map. They're also good on Nuke and Inferno, so their map pool isn't that bad. 2.5 seems like a good choice for this match. Both teams are coming from the lower bracket, so they'll probably each win a map and go to a decider.

I wont be backing Navi this time, for some reason they are just weird so G2 would be my selection tomorrow then Im gonna pair it up with Aurora as well as Vitality for the extra odds

That's such a toss up series, and I also wouldn't touch NaVi with how underwhelming they've been playing. It's almost like a second test for G2 because they passed versus Aurora, and their last meeting back at the major ended with them beating NaVi.

Well I was busy today so I didnt have time to put another ticket there but atleast this saved me because the game is currently on its 3rd map

Isn't Heavygod amazing? He's one of the best players in form lately.
G2 had no trouble at all  Ancient didn't give them a moment's peace. There's nothing we can do. We couldn't have predicted Navi would play this badly. Did you see Xantares' ace today? He was so fast with the baretta.

They've been consistently losing since the Cologne Major, and their form keeps dropping, so it is what it is. The odds are already dropping on G2, so better get them while you can.

That last series of the day was crazy, it could've ended 2-0 for Legacy if they closed out Nuke, but somehow Vitality pulled the comeback from a 2-10 half.

It's great whenever he's in form, but it's a struggle for the whole team once he's off. I missed that NaVi series, though I did catch that ace clip of Xantares, their win against M80 will be a good confidence booster heading into that lower final.

Map 3 aurora won only one round which was the first round and then lost 13 in a row

Very terrible look by xantares today as he kept making bad decisions like pushing smokes and dropping both his guns for no reason

The reason I bet on Vitality was because of the odds. I was prepared to lose that bet because taking the handicap is too forcing it especially when their performance is still unstable but it was a risk that Im willing to take

It was terrible; such a loss will affect Aurora in subsequent tournaments. Losing for 13 rounds on Mirage is unacceptable.
How did they suffer such a loss, especially when they were almost winning the series 2-0? G2, on the other hand, was very professional they managed to come back without complaining or losing morale. Also, I noticed some players on Aurora they always play in the same positions on the counter side, and other teams have memorized those positions and are always looking there.

I saw him drop the gun on the ground. I don't know how he managed that.

Honestly, your bet on Vitality was a good call because the bookies could be adjusting them back to being one of the heavy favorites if their win streak extends further until the final.

I still think Vitality can lose to any of these teams, but if 3/5 of their players could always lock in (Zywoo, Apex and jL), I could see them finishing top 2 at least.

For now, i'm planning to back their side against FURIA. If the odds stay the same for the semis, then I might go for it again.

You’re right! It was such a disaster match and during game 2, especially when it reached 12-10 wherein I thought they will lose. And it made me even more nervous since I was drinking my coffee at that time. Good thing they were able to make it overtime.

I really thought at that time G2 will be the one who’ll destroy my CS parlay, but it was actually team falcons. After they win over mouz on their map pick, they also lost on their own map pick. And during the deciding map, they also lost where the score was 13-3




@ralle14 what's your bet on LoL LCK? We're now in the playoffs and T1 and HLE will be playing against each other again. I might bet on the over maps rather than moneyline. Also earlier, it was the game between Gen G vs KT and Gen G won the game with 3-0. Because of this win, T1 will now enter the worlds so I think that there will be another weird picks since they don’t have to worry about anything.

I'm still looking at some statistics to see if I should bet on Furia or not. But I was watching Vitality's matches, they have three consecutive wins, all against teams in the world's top 10. That's very good, they're recovering. While Furia has also been doing well lately, they're very inconsistent, more so than Vitality. So I'm leaning towards a Vitality victory.

Yeah odds are shifting back Vitality already against Furia, now it stands at around 1.5x.

This is how I see their matchup as well, and my worry stems from molodoy because he's only doing the bare minimum with FURIA while Zywoo is leading the way for Vitality.

The G2 pick is dicey, but it was a close call during their last meeting at the major. It's always worth a try since Falcons failed to retain their peak form after the major.

Vitality is improving with each match. Therefore, I think they'll beat Furia 2-1, betting on Furia's inconsistency. In terms of maps, Nuke and Inferno are good for Vitality; I only see Dust2 as better for Furia. So, we'd have to see the maps, but I bet Vitality will improve and Furia will stumble once again.

There are several others who have put in their opinions when it comes to League of Legends in the past. But it doesn't seem to be too popular when it comes to betting on compared to the other genres. Atleast for those who view this thread as you have noticed.

For the CounterStrike matches I think some were being played for the next Intel Extreme Masters tournament coming up.
Vitality are always going to be the favorites since they had that epic run of wins at the start of the season.
