I had bet on Furia, 9z, Parivision, and Legacy to win. 9Z won by a landslide, 2-0 (13-3 | 13-4). Parivision struggled a bit more in the first map but won easily in the second, also 2-0. Legacy has struggled the most so far, going to the third map and having overtime, but managed to win 2-1. And lastly, Furia, who are playing now and will probably win, also 2-1, with a good performance from Molodoy. Did you bet on any of these? Despite the scares, it's working out.

Funny thing about Xtreme Gaming. They have kicked all of their roster except Ame. They seem to be holding Ame going into another team or his contract hasn't finished yet despite that TI is already done. And with Team Spirit, Collapse is going to take a long break. He deserves that break, getting into exhausting tournaments and practices, after winning TI he has to take a vacation, rest and enjoy it.

I agree, yuurih needs to wake up and be that third guy who can step up because on the first map Molodoy and Kscerato were delivering the frags, but whenever one of the two dies, the rounds quickly become favorable for G2.

I'm worried they'll get rolled again in the next tournament because it's been one event after another, but I don't mind being proven wrong if it means they'll return to their peak form.

There's nothing else apart from prize money. Maybe it's because the venue isn't that far, with Starladder being held in Barcelona while Fissure will take place in China.

It seems I miss alot of action on this tournament. I would have bet on G2 most of the times during this tournament, bet its not to late to jump on the last action



Initally wanting to just go for G2 handicap but the odds are already at 2x on moneyline so I guess I'll just go for both. Legacy won every games on this tournament but G2 just lost once so Im taking this chances

You're not missing much, because there have been a bunch of upsets in the group stage. I also went for the same play in the semis and am glad it cashed despite both series coming down to a few rounds.  

I already locked in Legacy for the finals (other thread), but i'm only doing a unit because G2 doesn't need much to win aside from Heavygod and Nertz.

Guys, I want to know how the pro scene is doing in the other esports except dota 2? Because many of the pro players in the dota 2 are saying that their careers might come near to an end. And Valve needs to do something for this. The expensive salaries of the pro players is not sustainable and if they do, they'll have to be sponsored by a betting site. But if Valve continues to support through battle pass, compendium and other events they create then I think that these orgs will be alive again through huge prize pools and won't have to deal financial problem because the community and its players are supporting it whenever they see these events. Also, not that much new bloods coming in for most regions.

That's so out of the blue after TI just ended. The other pro scenes are also bleeding, but nothing crazy compared to Dota. At this point, they should just embrace it because CS2's pro scene is also filled with betting sponsors.

They already mentioned why they had to drop the Battle Pass, so I doubt they'll bring it back. Either way, I wouldn't be that worried about the pro scene because we still see orgless teams compete in tournaments.

As for the new bloods, that's more about the game's accessibility and visibility. They can't do much when mobile gaming is more affordable.

The next ESL Pro League is happening in Katowice from October 3rd to 11th this year and im wondering where the best place is to bet on the top teams, with low fees, good odds, and smooth payouts without any problems like KYC? Serious question guys, Im not deep into esport-gambling...  And who do you think will win this time, Spirit, MOUZ, Vitality, or Falcons? If I had to choose, it would be a really tough call. Anyway, its a real shame that our german team BIG doesnt play much of a role in CS2 anymore...  Their glory days are sadly long gone.

Between the top teams, it's a close call between Spirit or Vitality. Falcons is a big if since they've been disappointing in recent tournaments.

Despite BIG not being a top team like in the old days, they're still a decent tier two team and within the top 20 VRS. They can still claw their way to the top, but it'll take some better signings.

Its really a bit strange with Falcons atm.  I dont know why there is such a big gap between their talented players and their actual results. They should honestly be destroying everyone, but nope. Maybe all the confidence they gained over time is hurting them more than helping. When things dont go well right away in a match, it probably hits them hard and makes them lose confidence, like Niko said once after a match. It could also just be that they arent well-coordinated enough, yet as a team compared to other top teams.
As for BIG, I just hope they get back on track, please! With a new or updated roster, hopefully they can start winning again soon, even maybe against top teams. Hope dies last!

Yeah, you are totally right about keeping up peak form, nobody can stay at 100% all the time, and I think no one expects that. But its all about bringing your best game at the right time. Thats an art in itself, but its also what pro esports players are paid to do. Its literally their job, and FaZe seems to get that right, more or less o or at least they deliver when the big tournaments roll around.
Im super hyped for Katowice, but I honestly cant decide yet who I want to see in the final.

I agree, that's all they have to do. Since Valve won't be stepping in to help financially in the structure that they have, what they did is banned the sponsorship during TI but there's a way still for these orgs to include the websites on their promotion so they still get the maximum exposure for every majors that they participate with. I hope that we see more orgs coming back and having a strong backbone financially because this is us, this is the community that we like to be following until we get older.

For me, i'd like to see a Spirit vs. Vitality final because I don't know who else could stop Spirit aside from Vitality, who are on a recovery run after winning Starladder.

At least with that matchup, we could maybe see a five map series since the recent finals have always been a 3-1 or 3-0 win for the favorites.

I hope that we see more orgs coming back and having a strong backbone financially because this is us, this is the community that we like to be following until we get older.

The only orgs that I see stepping in here are probably those from gambling casinos because even Falcons, an org with deep pockets, only stayed for three years before disbanding their roster.
