it is normal to have Opposition in every government because this separate the decision making towards anticipating others more than the favor . but the thing here is we are talking about lives in which being spared because of ignorance of the vaccine.
and also listening to those spreads wrong information in regards to the effect and benefits of the virus.
but what i see here is why would person need to take the vaccine just to join the lottery ? this is only fooling people because we knew how hard to even win in lottery lol.

I have to disagree with you. I know people who would be encouraged to take the vaccine, if a lottery ticket is being given as a complimentary gift. Those who are stubbornly against the vaccine would refuse anyway, but these steps will encourage a lot of those who are on the fence. A few months back, there was a similar measure in the US state of Ohio. And the results were very encouraging. After the lottery ("Vax a million") was announced, there was a steep jump in daily vaccination rates and it helped the vaccination rate in Ohio to surpass the national average.

Unfortunately, there are still a lot of people who decide not to get a vaccination. I don't really understand what's going on with those people. The pandemic will never end because of them. They are egoists. Have no other word for it. Unless due to circumstances they can't make it.

And that's why countries like Poland and other countries are encouraging and giving them a free thing to take if they take the vaccine.

It's a matter of mind set by the government and also by those people who care for the welfare of others.

I think it's not about the mind set, but more about economics and politics. In a country where state hospitals are free for everyone, it is much better to persuade people to get vaccinated by doing lotteries than to pay for their hospitalization later when the wave of infection returns.
On the other hand, it obviously improves the political image when so many businesses fail.

Even Israeli officials recently made a statement that universal vaccination is not a total solution to the coronavirus issue. And they say this on the basis of the actual situation that has developed in their country, although even before that, many people stated the same. The virus mutation rate is very high and it occurs even in vaccinated carriers.

That means that vaccinated people are far safer, when compared to the unvaccinated ones. Another thing that slows the vaccinations, those doubts coming from the opposition  corrupting
the mindsets of other people and influenced them not to agree with how the government is trying to prevent the spread.

We see a lots of incident like this in so many countries, instead of fighting together with this virus political agendas are everywhere,
trying to put down the current government, blaming that they are not working well to resolve this problem.

Do you have a solution other than vaccination? Even an efficacy of 76% is significant. That means four times less people who are infected with the virus. And that also means that the spread of the virus can be contained, as the infected are less likely to infect others. If you look at the current situation in the United States, the regions with largest number of active cases are states like Arkansas, where the vaccination rate is very low. The chances of further mutations decrease, if there are less number of carriers of the virus. So even a 76% reduction is OK for me.
