The point you bring up is very important: if they have usability or any sort of value, they would have recovered. Seriously, so many coins from 2017 were pure trash, never completed in development or had other problems. Ran out of money even though they raised 30 million + or the team ran off, there are many things that happened with these coins. Some were just there to steal money from others. There is a tiny number of projects that is still around and delivering some update from time to time, but even those I think usually never planned to get it done in the first place. They are just afraid now to get sued for 30 million.
