FED has announced a 75 point hike in interest rate and that takes interest rate to its highest in 14 years. At the moment there isnt any impact of this hike on crypto market but chances are that it will go high in coming week or months. Its good time to accumulate cheap coins for selling later in bull market.
I dont think there is any impact of FED on new alts like CATA they have to first gain investors confidence that they are worthy to be invested. There position will be cleared only once they are launched in the market. Yes thats correct. You need to first come into market to prove that you are there to stay. CATA is still not in the market and its position can only be cleared once its in the market. We cant say how an alt can behave before its launched. Your point is valid but you have to take risk to book your profit. Same was said for BTC and ETH in there initial stages and when there price goes high everyone rush to buy them. There is too much saturation in crypto world and thats the prime reason why we are not seeing any new concept at the moment. NFTs were really hot till 2021 I would say 2022 is not for NFTs and 2023 wont be different either.

I dont think 2022 was a dry year for NFTs. NFTs are at there peak this year also and what makes CATA idea for being a hit project is that they are targeting storage for NFTs as well as general storage. Things will get more clear as see launch of this project till then just keep an eye on that. |

If you see twitter page of CATA then its very much clear that they are focusing on FLOW blockchain thats because they have partnered with FLOW to provide storage solution for NFTs. FLOW is biggest player in NFT domain.

FLOW is no doubt one of the biggest player in the field of NFTs and with time its growing. I guess CATA has made a right decision at very right time and this will defiantly benefit them in long run. |

There are not many ideal decentralized storage system available till date for blockchain. I don't know why anybody noticed that and proposed solution for this problem. Anyways since CATA has taken responsibility of that we will see lot others joining in in coming days.
Since no one take notice of this while CATA took that serious and now they will capture the share. I only mistake they are making is that they are not giving away details of this project and this will hurt them. |

Still you need to share details of your project since that will allow investors to keep an eye on your project and invest when there is bull run. When bull run start everyone will run to invest in projects that are already in there list. CATA should tell wts going on in there mind and take investors into confidence. |

If you are talking about decentralied projects then there are few good one available in the market like IPFS and filecoin. Yet that doesnt mean that there is no roam for new projects. CATA can see what these projects are not offering and can launch there projects after studying them. There is so much content about IPFS and filecoin already available in the market. May be this is a good hint for team CATA.

The decentralized storage system like IPFS can no doubt hold massive data, but there shortcoming is that there is weak interactivity in such system implementations. If CATA can address such issues then that can be a big plus for them. |

For instance, Dapper wallet now support flow coin and there are hundreds of such decentralized apps that are built on top of flow blockchain. In future if they have support for flow coins then it will be beneficial for other apps also.

Dapper and FLOW cryptocurrency have same blockchain of origin. So this was very much expected to happen, in my view its a bit late to happen. But I do agree that flow has lot much to offer, so should be the apps over it. |

There are decentralized storage system available and the biggest thing in my view is that they dont offer any query capability that's results in non availability of features like extracting data of your choice or slow searching in stored data. Moreover there is no copy right protection in NFT world, this is something badly required in NFT. This is not something alone for NFT as whole crypto market is taking a break. IMO its a good time to gather your favorite stuff on discounted rates. |

We now live in era of big data and we need systems that can process and query massive amount of data. I read in there whitepaper that CATA is introducing a server less architecture and for database its like change in product form and usage pattern, but the function of the database itself has not changed. It will definalty bring some innovation in handling big data systems.
