this is a clear accusation and a legit proofs but did not even manage to give answer from OP?

and same reason to many scam site , that the said players violated their TOS or has malicious activities that's why they are banned and confiscated their funds lol.

Legit admin of the gambling site will address this issue as soon as it is posted because it will create disruption in their operation and many will stop playing here, but it's been two days and no answer this will snowball into something bad for BTC365.com, it's too early for something like this there's already a flag if they failed to answer this within a week, the flag will gain support and they will be tagged as scammers.

The reason for cancellation of bet is due to during the time of bet, the ball wasn't on neutral grounds, this resulted in a potential goal, which is why the bet wasn't accepted. That being said, your betting amount has been refunded back to you.

If your case specifically, you place the bet at 00:21:32, which is very close to the time at 18' match time(match start 00:05:00. There was also a yellow card issued at 17' match time which contributes to the ball not on neutral grounds as per checking with our bookmaker.
