Dear "tyraxx", the bet was canceled by the bookmaker before the end of the match and prior to results being announced, resulting in all players which made the same bet being cancelled as well. The reason for cancellation of bet is due to during the time of bet, the ball wasn't on neutral grounds, this resulted in a potential goal, which is why the bet wasn't accepted. That being said, your betting amount has been refunded back to you.

If your case specifically, you place the bet at 00:21:32, which is very close to the time at 18' match time(match start 00:05:00. There was also a yellow card issued at 17' match time which contributes to the ball not on neutral grounds as per checking with our bookmaker.

I haven't heard anything stupider for a long time, was the result 0-0 when the bookmaker accepted my bet?
what kind of yellow card argument is this ?, bookmaker accepted my bet when it was 0-0 and canceled when Brest scored.
I placed a bet before Brest scored, and the bookmaker has accepted it, he has no right to cancel it, unless the bookmaker is a cheat as clearly shown in the BTC365 case.
man, no honest bookmaker will cancel such a bet, it's a LIVE bet.


as you can see in your screenshot and you described it yourself, the goal was scored in the 18th minute of the match, my bet is accepted in the 16.32 minute of the match (match start 00:05:00 my bet accepted match 00:21:32)
1.5 minutes later there was a goal and then the bookmaker will cancel the bet, what a frivolous and cheating the bukamcher.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT LAW FIRST ACCEPTED BET AND AFTER SCORE GOAL CANCEL IT, BECAUSE IT IS A NORMAL SCAM.

I did a check on my end and loaded no problem. Can I bore you with the usual technical troubleshoot like clearing your cache or restarting your device? If it doesnt work, you may have to try Live Chat as they may be able to troubleshoot or check your account more deeply.

I cleaned my browser history and disabled my adblocker and website finally worked, so the problem was probably connected with some of those things I mentioned.
My account have some BTC365 tokens but I can't see any option for betting with that.

Can you show some proof and conversations you had with BTC365 support?
That is not good if true but I don't trust anyone without seeing some evidence first, and I would like to see the other side of this story.

I decided to check and see how betting and withdrawals work on BTC365 so I placed some bets, and today when I opened website with one sports betting partners everything was written in Chinese language.
There was no way to convert language back to English, so I don't know if this is some bug or what but I would like explanation from support.
You can see screenshots below, and next thing I will check is how withdrawals work.
