This worked out, and now I can see much more sports, thank you for suggesting.
Maybe you need to update interface and make it easier to find, maybe update tabs or add search field on top, so we can search for anything we want.
I have positive feedback is for MMA markets, this is best I found so far from all crypto betting website, so much that even smaller competitions have lot of betting options.
I just hope Live betting will be available for MMA and UFC, btc365 would be the first to offer this for crypto betting.

It can be a delaying tactic if the casino runs out of funds but if they are legit you should not worry because they will find a way to refill their wallets so that they can process the pending payments. KYC taking time to be verified is also a result of a heavy traffic in the platform that you are using.

We don't know what if they have a limited staff that time? they cannot process it all quickly by themselves but they should hire more personnel next time when they know that their company is now in demand. You just need to have a patience because, in the end, you are just a customer here. If there is anything that you can do, that is to leave and cancel your ongoing KYC.

I am sure there are some exploits and abuse with many betting websites but you need to provide some proof that this really happened and with what accounts.
This will help both your business and bitcointalk forum to identify members who are doing that.
I never saw other betting websites doing 6 months investigation, and that is unacceptable!

BTC365.com is definitely a scam. I deposited 22 mBTC to try, took 8 bets in total in a period of a few days and my balance was 57.1 mBTC at the end. I requested a withdrawal and they said they need some docs for verification. I have provided everything for verification and now they say they will get back to me in 6 months. Not 6 months in the worst case, they say they will reply on exactly 9th of November 2022. They say they need 6 months to check everything on my account (which has 8 bets in total) thoroughly. This must be some kind of joke. You better close every winning account rather than saying "please wait for 6 months".
