I fellas I have two questions to ask crypto experts and investors in this forum today

1. Is this a good time to build crypto portfolio?
2. Do you really think that bear market will be a dipping as 2018?

Now that crypto is gaining more investors day by day and crypto adoption is increasing massively I don't think that the next bear market will be crazily low like 2018/2019, what do you think?

First and foremost, to build a crypto portfolio might not really have a season or time, although bear market gives more better chances to start cheap. However, you can still take your time to lookout for those low cap coins with good use case and every other thing, keep them in your tabs and wait for a better time to buy; one thing that is certain is, don't chase after a moving coin however be patient with it and you will get a good entry. To add to this, most people might prefer to wait till bear market to buy, and when it comes they will keep waiting while thinking the market will dump more and at the end are left out.
Lastly, bear market like that of 2018 will be hard to come by or experienced, my reason is, the level of adoption today with that of 2018 is quite different and the gap between them is huge, nowadays we keep hearing of many organisations and platforms adopting crypto, we keep seeing many innovations taking place, all these points to a growing market and a growing market like crypto will have it ups and downs but won't get bad like that of previous years.

1. of course. whenever you are ready with the risks that exist in the crypto world, then now, or anytime will be the right time to create a portfolio, especially now that the price is falling, so you can have it in large quantities.

2. no one will ever know about it. for now, the development of cryptocurrencies is very different from 2018. IMO, we are currently not going to get a crash like 2018. even if it does go down, it will not be far from the current price. Yeah, but that's just an opinion, you need to make your own decision.

The wisest strategy is always conduct your own research to inform yourself about the coin's history, use case, project affiliations, listings, core team, and its community.
ETH, ADA, BNB & LTC are among the few that I can recommend. These are well-established coins that have been around in the crypto business for several years already. -In my opinion, crypto could be ATH by the end of this year so to build a portfolio at this time is still very feasible if you want.
