No matter all it takes fiat will still be over bitcoin but if there are some cases were delay of payment is then such people or individual may decide to pay using bitcoin. But one thing for sure is that both bitcoin and Fiat will be in full usage non will be left behind, as a matter of consideration bitcoin can't fully function without fiat they both function together. bear market of the recent unfortunately just like in the past it was rather massive mainly because there are collapse of many exchange companies and also so many failing investments.
but it just opens up opportunity for accumulation so certainly it helps for new investor to start and make entry.

The effects weren't up to the 2018 or so but I know is serious though. If you enter during the current bear season, it will be more profitable. As far as I'm concerned, I've gotten into Bitcoin and some of the top altcoins to start holding long term. Doing DCA is also a good suggestion, but you have to use good fund management.
