Although it could be more effective if anyone can do it little earlier. When op if you done that that time, then that would be more profitable cause that time price fall more down then now. Good point, it's best to learn how to timing yourself in buying your assets, it's not easy but doable as there are successful traders
who manage to make money out of this revenue of investment.

The more on skills, knowledge and patients, the more you know what you are doing the better chance of making success.

It isn't the time to think of the market getting down as what we experienced back in 2028. Opportunities need to be utilised, maybe tomorrow the market can go high or it can go downward, however reaching the level as 2018 is really hard. Whether you're long term focused on short term, just find the right coins and keep on accumulating through the DCA strategy or other ways. Maybe after few years we'll think of the price during the year 2023 is lesser.

1. Yes, now is the time to build our portfolio and be ready for the next bullrun, don't keep timing the market because it's better for us to pay in installments and be consistent with the coins we buy, like I buy bitcoin consistently every month, that's our goal of investing and making money. In investing, we have to find the money in our business
2. I don't think it will happen in 2018 because big companies like Blackrock are already looking at Bitcoin too and several countries also support Bitcoin, this is my opinion

Market condition is now not stable and not so higher therefore one who will invest even this time then he will be profitable in Bull season as 2024 will be that year in which wishes of all holders will come true. Make good decisions of coins and don't be too calm in buying coins that you skip the chance of achievement in coming months.

Market condition cannot be examined in advance so we cannot say that the condition will be same as that of 2018 or worse than it or perhaps better than it. Actually Market condition are invisible therefore assumption can be made but reality is hidden for everyone. We assume that future will be bright for all bitcoin holders because now bitcoin price is much more better than past.

Mr kevinzxz you have answered correctly, there is no better time to invest into bitcoin or other crypto than now. The best decision a newbie can take in his crypto journey is to get into accumulation as soon as possible, even if you'll not be able to purchase a full coin, with the help of DCA it will be possible. Just like the example you cited, in 2018 we experienced a drastic decrease in price but today, the current price is better and so will price also appreciate in the coming years also. For Bitcoin I am sure the price will continue to increase due to the idea of only 21million coins in supply. As adoption increases with limited supply, this will bring about scarcity and from the law of demand and supply, when there is scarcity with increase in demand or the demand remains constant, there will be an increase in price. I believe Bitcoin or the crypto system is not an exception to this theory, so let invest now and see our portfolio grow.

The thread was posted two years ago and that's the time during the bull run. So if we're going to look at the timeframe again, next year halving will takes place, actually it's just within the next few months and it won't take any longer and less than a year.
Basically, this is the time and it's the best to make your portfolios setup before the bull run and that's how you're going to make it even better. Prepare ye the portfolio that you have and buy the necessary cryptos that shall go up IYO.

Sure this is the best time to build a cryptocurrency portfolio for yourself against the coming year since in 2024 there will be a major event in the industry which is Bitcoin halving and this is going to make a significant change in the value and markets demands of most coins in the market and that is undoubtedly a sure point as to why this is the best time to assemble your portfolio that can help you to prove and increase your chances of making good profits.

Most especially if you are able to divide your portfolio according to their preference and market behaviours and what their possibilities are to make a good market moves when the time comes. 

You may consider to put up your portfolio I a percentage manner by aligning higher percent for Bitcoin and other lower percentage also to few potential altcoins also.

It's true that patience is the main key in investing in crypto, so at any time we can invest in crypto, it's the right time when the market is at its lowest value, but now is the right time, you could say it's the last chance to buy before the price goes up even more. I think it getting late to start building any portfolio now,  it should have done around last year November when the price of Bitcoin and almost all altcoins had experience a bearish sentiment buying and accumulating altcoins that period would have started earning some reasonable reward by now till next year when the halving of Bitcoin is expected to build or earn more rewards, I think bearish run had come to an end so the opportunity to building a portfolio now is to wait for any price pullback or reversal and starting building portfolio using DCA to be on a safer side though a little research on the altcoins to invest on is very necessary and important.
