Which is easier in making a profit, riding with the hype, or waiting until the price will dip?

Most people say that don't buy when the market is bullish, just wait until there's a price correction and the price will dip.
So with your experience, I like to know which is more effective between the two.

I am waiting when price dip and have lot experience so far never take risk with hype, many time before I loss much because allowing with hype system where bitcoin speculative and dump suddenly make us better waiting when dip price coming. Not worth allowed with hype project and system because when price dump waiting one or three months later keep not raise up.

its up to you if what kind of trading you will going to do if you are a short trader or long term. Diffinitely the best time to buy in the market is when the market is in dip you can take this advantages to buy crytpo in low price then wait the time of pumping for me thats the best thing to do.

The problem is we never know when the dip is coming. We can predict that the price will touch the A price, but the price can touch the B price or even lower. But if you are okay with that and willing to wait until the price can go up again, you are good to go as you can make a profit later.

Both can be the way to make a profit but I think riding the hype will be dangerous as the price can dump anytime and if you are not ready with that, you will get the coin at the peak price without having a chance to sell it later unless the big pump is coming after that.

I'll pick waiting for the dip.
IMO, there's a higher chance to make some profits rather than jumping the hype which has high risk and a low chance to sustain it or pump.
The dip means there is a basis for its market price that's why we can say it was dumped.
While hypes are mostly created with new coins or manipulation.

Waiting for the dip would be too dangerous since it may go down more after you bought at your "dip" but it's also dangerous to go along with the hype since we don't know when the hype will end. For me there's no easier way and it's a matter of luck or maybe my experience and knowledge is not enough to know whether what strategy should I use.

Nobody knows which deeping price is all time low but I experienced that any legit project which is existing market from long time goes into deep then we should buy with any amount of capital. Wait for this project to boom and sell at all time high. This pattern I really think is good for a high benefits. I am onto riding with the hype. But i did it mostly in past when there are some pump and dump event from website (although sometimes i feel who actually pump the coin is people who follow the event) usually get 5-10% can be done because we buy and sell immediately when pump happen. If late or too greedy and keep holding our coins, it will be back and we stuck in high price. Because i am type of trader that usually follow instruction from my friends, and to analyze when it is dip, i still can't do it until now. But it is all depends on what our trading style.

If the popular projects have fallen deep enough, we should take the courage to buy them. Because popular old projects usually have high volume,

Depends on the coin you're interested in.
Established coin or top coins in the market are likely to bounce back after the dip, so it's always a good choice to buy the dip.
However, investors nowadays loves to tackle with a riskier investment form as they want to ride the hype.
I'm not the kind of person who's easily going to ride the hype, but I guess it is most profitable today, especially those meme coins. The worst thing about riding the hype is that you'll probably follow those influencers who's job is to keep shilling coins/tokens.

I do both ways. Following the hype isn't a bad thing to make a quick profit. remember, only for short trades. after to sell immediately, and you only have a little time. but it all also depends on the selected asset. trading with hype, obviously it's risky, must be very focused not to lose momentum.
to be on the safe side, buying while in correction is the choice. I do it for top market assets that I plan on long-term.

both can be profitable.  but be wary of market hype.  market hype is an unhealthy market, because it can experience a dump quickly and the steps taken are to be good at analyzing the market.  while the correction market is safer but must be patient to wait until the market recovers.  it's a choice you want to choose which market

BNB raise up only launchpad event and never take higher price without have new beta coin launchpad on Binance, I think with system where any holder on spot or launchpad can get new beta coin will give chance for many investor to buy BNB and hold on spot only, maybe after this event ended just wait few minutes price back dump, I know BNB is good coin but looking bitcoin price not stable is impossible can make other coin pump.

It all depends on the user and it’s necessity.
To be honest for me both are same too.
You don’t know when the hype is driving you and whether to get the coins or not.
And at last we will wait for the dip and buy accordingly.
