Where to report gambling fraud?

Hello, I have been searching the forum to see where to report gambling site frauds on this forum.

Most probably you can only report it here but it can’t be solve honestly, though sharing it is a good idea so people can be warned and stop dealing with that site. If you got scammed by that site there’s no way for you to get your money back. Better to share your links now, and maybe someone can help you here.

I agree that you need to analyze the sites before gambling many gambling frauds are reported in the forums. Losses due to gambling loss are reported elsewhere in the tax return all the information can be known by checking the sites the risk is higher for newcomers. Everything is lost without verification so it is difficult to recover.

@OP, a day has passed and everyone has told you what to do but you haven't got back yet maybe you're busy IRL.

What are these casinos that are fraud? It's better if you left with their names so that we can also see and have our opinions about these fraud gambling sites that you're about to report.

I think it's much better If OP finds any scam website then he can make an accusation regarding the website here in the Scam Accusation section, And when people search about the website with the keyword "Website scam" then the post should pop up on the first page of google.

I think there are private review websites but you can't be certain for how long those websites are going last so this forum is the best option.

And what is worst is that we have no way to know if what it is being said in those review sites is true as many times there is no evidence offered and many times the gamblers are just complaining about the money they lose and they were not scammed.

In this forum if there is a scam accusation against a casino and you want to obtain the support of the community then evidence must be shown, which is why the forum is so powerful when it comes to those accusations as even if the powers of the DT crowd only operate within the forum, if a person interested in playing in such casino makes their due diligence before gambling there then they will find a link to that accusation on their search results and they can save themselves the trouble of dealing with a casino that likes to scam their customers.

@OP, please remember, you must try to contact the casino owners or their customer support and try to resolve your issues with them if possible, because there were cases where the accusers did not try to reach the casinos and straight away came up with their problems here. We all are here to help you but you should try to help yourself first and if possible, sort it out with the Casino but if they don't listen to your issues or don't let you withdraw your money or whatever reason you find that can serve as a proof that the accused is actually a scammer, then you can use "Scam Accusations" section of the forum and post a proper format of your complaint there.

Running away with a small amount when a casino's reputation is far greater than that then it's quite opposite of what happens.

I remember game protect used to post a lot here about casino scams and how to get money back from them through legal means, I'm not sure though if he ever made any success in any of his cases.

As far as generic reviews are concerned, this forum is a big help. Nothing will beat the real and actual experience that different users will make compared to a review site that in most cases, really need to cover up some sites issues in order to promote them and gather some referrals.

But actually, let's take the example of 1Xbit, they are only tagged as scams and bullsh*t here in this forum. But to most reviews sites, 1Xbit does have a good review. Since not all users are lurking here in the forum, they will encounter good reviews of other sites compared to generic reviews here by the community.

In that situation, users who will encounter the site thru review sites, not just 1Xbit but for others as well, should not just end the research there. They should at least seek for another source then later on decide.

^ Because there are some gambling casinos that are good to reason out and their tactic is they are being abused by the accuser and prohibited the TOS which is a very common fact. So, if you accuse a gambling casino, make sure you have valid proof, it could be a photo or much better if that is a short clip video showing your claim that they are wrong and fraudster and you are a victim. Compiling proof is the best step because you accuse them and report on the accusation board using the correct format of reporting. However, I don't understand why there are people helping to promote a well-known scam casino.

Expect something like this because there are people who do really make some thread and then leave and wont never go back tending to read up on whats the community suggestions and feedbacks.

You could really see this commonly on this forum itself which why threads become repetitive and spam generator because op itself didn't tend to lock it up

In the forum we get the real deal, many do not bother to post their positive reviews but some do, however the real value comes in the form of detailed reviews with evidence about an issue that happened with a casino, and if people were responsible with their money, as they should, then they could save themselves the trouble of being scammed, unfortunately many come here after the fact only to be surprised the casino they are complaining about has been known to scam their customers for a very long time and they are not the first ones that went through something like that.

It's either sponsored or paid and same team from the site to create a review site to give review about the site. If you did see a lonf review 9r honest reviews then it would be so hard to find another one. Some did give a review even the site or platform have unsolved issues and yet they still give review. That would be 1xbit and 1xbet

Any update of the thing that you wanted to do which is to report a gambling fraud?. Even though it won't be reported to shutdown  but it will spread awareness that it is a gambling fraud that shouldn't be trusted with your money. It's November fourth base on forum's time and yet you still didn't done any update in this thread which my suggestion is that this thread should be locked.

It is best you, first of all, try to lay a complaint at the site official admin and after then try to have contact with the support to try to sort things out and if your genuine you may probably have your funds back and after then the site will gain your reputation.

Yes because this Forum has no power at all to even bring justice to every victim but at least some moral support and great advices on what legal matters can do , and also this forum may help lowering the victim of the said gambling fraud because of large influence of Bitcointalk.org in the whole crypto community specially in crypto gambling in which majority had been advertised here.

We are glad that we unite here as one when there is a scam gambling casino and report it immediately. So if I were you guys, it is better to pick a gambling site that has a promotion here because they had fair to ruin their reputation and cannot advertise here in the forum. But since the forum is not moderate scam issues but we have active DT members who keep busting those malicious and fraud gambling casinos. So picking up one of them here to use is far better with unknown gambling casinos.

Reporting your Encarta with gambling site that defraud you is cool and will help other gamblers to be aware of such gambling site activities. Don't think you case will always be resolved because we'll do not have the power to prosecuted scammy platforms or personnel's. You cars with the site can be resolved here if the site is on this forum.

The problem is most of creepy shady exchange don't have any identity of there owner and some of don't have a license or worst fake license just to mislead players. There's no way to track this criminals unless they leave traces of there identity. Besides that, It will cause huge some of money just to track and file a legal charges especially if its international. Its better to avoid shady rather than risk on playing.

But always remember to have compiled all strong evidence you have and that is very needed to prove on their fraud activity and quickly shutting down by the authority was there were caught. Most likely file complainant does not want to proceed because this is a very long process though there are too many cyber crime authorities who will help you but there is no guarantee.
