When is the right time to buy ethereum is actually relative according to one's ability, because if only we knew from the past that ethereum would soar drastically like now, of course the right time to buy ethereum was around 3 or 4 years ago. but it's never too late if you want to buy ethereum now, because it is predicted that the crypto market will continue to show a strengthening trend in the future, moreover your choice is ethereum which incidentally is the second largest crypto currency after Bitcoin, I'm sure upgrading ethereum later will improve price of ETH to new ATH.

Anytime is the right time if you are planning to just hold for a long time or used it as a transaction fee for an ERC20 token transfer. If you are a swing trader then ofcourse this is not the right time to buy because it was heavily pump on last few days. It depends on your purpose to determine the right timing to buy. ETH will be a good buy in general due to the point that you mentio above.

If you can manage to do DCA its better. Buying constant dip could make you own eth slowly but surely. There is always a retracement and we must bought during this time. Im not sure whether the upgradw couls change ethereum stance, since there are lots of blockchain stepping up and trying to beat them but of course we all knew how strong eth is. I also hold few eth, and waiting for more development upgrade.

True but i should remind you that ethereum doesn't have maximum supply. There's no point to burning if that has no maximum supply/ hardcap. Yes, I think so. If you wish to buy a coin as strong as Ethereum, you should not be waiting for the major update to happen. You need to stack yourself some amount earlier. That's before the update takes place and creates more hype and FOMO. The update of Ethereum is effectively shrinking its supply. That will cause the available coins in circulation much smaller which will in turn cause the price to rise. The demand of Ethereum has always been strong. In fact, there is even the rumor of flipping Bitcoin. I don't agree with that of course but it is safe to just have some ETH in case it rises even more which is most likely happening.

There is never a "right time".

You should just dollar cost average your way into your ETH position if you believe in it for the long run.

It is clear that Ethereum is here to stay and it's got really good technology. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter whether you buy at $3k or $3.5k as long as you keep consistent with your purchases over time.

The best time to buy ethereum was yesterday. The second best time is now. You cannot go wrong with buying eth as it already has proven its usecase and going no direction other than up against the dollar. Remember. Today's high prices are tomorrow's cheap prices. It might look like expensive now but when tomorrow arrives you'll tell yourself: "I was smart to buy eth yesterday."

Not sure if it is a good or bad idea to buy Ethereum as the level right now.

Technically, the best price to enter is when it went below $100, but that was 3 years ago and for sure maybe some of us here become a bagholder and bought tons of Ethereum that time.

If you still have funds why not, hold it until the price target, but if you are a day trader then asking this is not the right thing because you need the right analysis.
I think you will lose the right time because too busy asking, the market movement is quite fast when the price goes down you are hesitant to buy because you are afraid it will go down as well as when the price goes up afraid because you think the price will go down, hopefully you don't have any doubts in making decisions in crypto because it will make you regret.

I think ethereum is the best choice for now because it's start to be bullish again. There is a lot of altcoins but for me ethereum is now great for investment maybe in a short term 3 to 5 months of holding depending on your limitation. Because we don't really know when the bear market start again it is more safe to invest an amount that we can afford to loss.

I don't think there is every a bad time to buy Ethereum but you don't want to buy Ethereum on Ethereum because of the gas fees, use Ubeswap or Ref Finance.

Yes. I also think that ethereum can be very bullish as soon as bitcoin reaches its new ATH so even if its current price is high, i still think its a good time to buy. After all, no one knows exactly what will be the next price for ethereum so we might as well go for it so we won't miss the incoming bull run. It may have a hard time reaching $4k in the last few days but i believe once bitcoin will hit the target soon, ethereum will follow the trend eventually.
