If we consider the price of ethereum, i can really say that buying at the moment is not a perfect timing because its value may suddenly fall down so you will certainly end up losing. But since bitcoin has already reached $60k so it has bigger chances that ethereum too will continue to be bullish in the next days. Like bitcoin, you can buy Ethereum anytime you want and not depend on the price. But buying Ethereum at a low price will give you benefits as when the price increase, you can sell some Ethereum and get your money back. You can also just wait for the price to break and reach the new ATH but that will need longer than selling when the price increases. So it is better to buy Ethereum right now before the price gets another rally because that will be too late to buy and the price already increases.

There probably a time again to buy a lot of ETH, for now I only buy when needed in my transactions. Price is quite high nowto invest full on it. I would have othercoins to trade with than to buy ETH at these time. But having ETH for long run will be beneficial just wait a little bit till it drops even at least of its price. Just monitor how the pricewill go then buy when you have extra money to left in ETH forlongef time like what other eth investors did.

I am not sure if we can buy a lot of ETH again unless you have a lot of money to buy it at many range price. With the price now, only the whales can buy a lot of ETH, even if the price is a dump to $2,500 as they can easily do that. But for us, we will be happy to just buy for a small fraction of ETH. And for the current situation, we do not have to buy 1 ETH if we do not have much money but buy with small money and sell whenever the price increases and repeat it again and again. Having ETH, in the long run, will benefit us because the price can increase so high like bitcoin but that will be more beneficial if we can buy at the lowest price, especially when the bear comes again in the next year.

I believe in the Bitcoin and Ethereum networks respectively, and so even though it would have been much better to buy eth a couple of months back, it is still not a bad idea to accumulate ethereum now, it has been bullish for quite a while already and I expect that to continue, what I like about the ethereum ecosystem is their continual growth and development, and I expect that to continue and thus making it a great choice of investment for the long term. But having said that, it is still up to the investor and he or she must do their own research and make their own decisions and definitely should invest only what they can afford to lose.

This is what every ethereum user or watcher is trying to think.

The mistake you all did was that you did not buy ETH when it was down in 1k or below in the last few years and now you are thinking of buying ETH when it is touching All-time-highs. Likewise, this is the wrong time to buy.

Development wise, moving to PoS is a bad thing, my opinion is that ETH should remain on PoW, but of course my opinion is shit to the people how are ready to dump their ETH on newbies trying to enter the market.

I think this is not the time to buy - essentially you have missed the train a long time back if you havent bought any previously. There will likely be a fall very soon as soon as bitcoin starts correcting.

I think this is the time when you need to buy ETH now and its price is likely to rise after the price of BTC and altcoins will follow, it's time for us to be greedy to buy more now hours before the price gets too high, I often find that people like to wait for the price to rise and then they buy it. As the growth looks parabolic to me, it would occur a slight pullback before another wave of bull run comes. But if you are a long term thinker and doesn’t care where the price goes, go for it and it’s your choice.

Also I’ve missed out again on Bitcoin to be honest. During the time China has its continued crackdown on BTC, it was still $42k and now at $61k. How stupid of me in not buying some sats lol.

There’s no right or perfect timing on when to buy some Ethereum. It can rise or fall anytime without warning, especially expecting the unexpected (e.g., big crackdowns, hacks, etc.).

Buying ETH at 4k$ is not a good move IMO. ETH recently fell down to 2700$ and that was the buying moment but we were filled with fear of FUD, uncertainty at such dips. We have seen in this year bull run that Eth went up to 4k and then fell from that point. I think same will happen this time only, that's y I don't consider it a good buying price.

If you are still not an expert when it comes to cryptocurrency trading, why would you give such advice to others? because from what I see now that Ethereum is experiencing an increase in price is because Bitcoin is still bullish and hasn't had a severe crash this month, so this is a very logical cause for Ethereum right now.

The chart seen on coinmarketcap looks like this week Ethereum will hit $4K because it can't be separated from the very good movement of Bitcoin. It only takes 0.5% more I think Ethereum will reach a price of $4K as of my post. Even after I looked at today's ETH chart, it didn't take until a week for ETH to hit $4K.
