Elon has just made his spot being the richest man on earth so his supporters most likely to believe his ideas hoping they can gain some advantage from it. But Elon is not like that. He will only come to the market and play the feelings of the people and if you are weak enough, you will surely fall on his trap. Let's just admit that Elon is no good for bitcoin anymore and the whole crypto market. Bitcoin will still be able to reach $69,420 even without Elon Musk around.

That price target is very near and anyone with huge fund like Elon can easily pump the price of Bitcoin to that level any moment. It's quite funny that Elon Musk puts so much focus on these number. Most of the younger investors might watch out for such memes, but the average investors probably not. To be honest he probably smoked something when he came up with the name for his son. Would be interesting to know how many of the billionaire crypto investors are smoking weed. Also would a bitcoin price of 69,420 USD be a bigger milestone than going above 70,000? Personally I prefer round numbers, the same goes for stop losses. I try to look at more fixed numbers. For example, buy when BTC is below 30,000 USD or consider selling when above 100,000. For technical analysis the barrier of 69,000 might be important, but I think we are still in a general upwards trend. Let's hope the reverse 69, 96,000 is the new target for Musk.

Not sure if his tweet has influence the market negatively, or it's that traders are cashing out to make solid profit after reaching new all time high. looking back at when he 'bought in' strangely it seems to be true because he bought in at the 2020new year period when the price was ~$34k

i have seen it many times before people pluck out prices like "$100k by year end" where it becomes obvious they bought in at the $50k level.
some call out $130k. and you read their social media/forum/texts history and you see they bought in at the last ATH of $65k and crying when it then corrected.

It is a small target for long term but for short term, we are looking at the price movement and if it will be hit this year. IMO, there's no reason to doubt that bitcoin may hit that price as it has recently made an ATH which I believe it's enough to make the market be bullish until the end of the year.
