Musk has always been able to create a buzz with his tweets in crypto market. Hopefully it may reach to $69000 if he as tweeted. Recently he made another news with his tweet. Musk said in his latest reply to Matt Wallace’s tweet that his net worth is hopefully good enough to extend life to Mars. Matt Wallace thanked Elon with his reply and expressed his confidence on Elon Musk by saying - ‘no doubt that he can make that happen.’ Not just this, this tweet thread gained immense attention when an account called Dogecoin appreciated Elon’s reply and said that – “We have your back every step of the way." This is at it again where everyone should remain positive and use the situation to think of a plan when to withdraw their bitcoins when the price starts to decline again but today everyone is like watching the NBA finals where they don't know who will gonna win in this final games so it's just some kind of veteran moves if in this early stage of possible rising to the new ATH that you already have the plan when to backout because no matter how high it goes, when Elon Musk involves, the price will gonna fall someday. i no longer see Elon Musk's twitter when last tweet he made bitcoin and altcoin prices plummet almost 50% in the last few months so i don't believe every tweet he says anymore and hope he doesn't crush it again like yesterday when it all went to ATH at the end of this year, hope he doesn't make another mess, we will go to $100k later

He's just memeing, that number is of course some sort of meme so it's not a serious speculation, you're reading in too deep on what Elon is saying, how can he take credit if it reach that point, it's not like he's the only influencer that is responsible for the growth of bitcoin, with more people knowing about bitcoin everyday, it's not for anyone to claim that they're the reason for it's growth.

At least he is a person who has a big name and is recognized to be able to influence the crypto world. A few months he had success with Doge but maybe not for now, he was starting to expire like McAfee. For experienced people this is the usual fundamentals but for newcomers maybe it will affect mental psychology and will buy. We just need to take advantage of moments like this.

Even though the Bitcoin price is still 4.5% away from reaching the meme-worthy $69,000 level at the time of writing, this is not stopping Tesla CEO Elon Musk from tweeting about the raunchy number.
The eccentric entrepreneur posted a picture of a couple staring at the prices of Bitcoin and Ether from their bed, pushing the two largest coins slightly higher.



As reported by U.Today, Bitcoin peaked just above $67,000 before bulls lost some steam. It is currently changing hands just below $65,000.   
Notably, Musk missed the opportunity to mention the $69,420 price tag that could potentially break the internet, according to some crypto influencers.

The humor about this meme is that 69 is such a popular number   No it doesn't hold any special significance for Elon, it's just really a funny number (420 is a meme as well, search it up on google  ) and he knows that his followers will crack up to this joke. Bitcoin reaching $69k isn't impossible though, especially when Elon makes a tweet like this, expect the price to even skyrocket. I'm not a follower of Elon btw, I just happen to hang on social media a lot that's why.

Just a few months ago people were weeping on how the Elon Musk manipulated and dumped the bitcoin prices by his tweets.
Now when bitcoin has fully recovered and Elon is making bullish tweets people are starting to get attracted towards it again.

I think $69 will be easy to reach in October now, because today the price of bitcoin has reached $66k, I'm sure the upward trend will continue as more and more millionaires in the world are entering crypto, because Elon Musk has proven to be the richest man because of investing in crypto.

With or without Elon tweet, the bitcoin price will break $69k and still increase more. The price is down for a little while and stays at $64k for a while after reaching $67k. So the next rally will come again and that can run to $69k-$70k. While ETH already stays at $4,200 and bitcoin at $64k-$65k, it gives the crypto market to get another ATH for the potential altcoin so we may see this will happen soon.

The potential of bitcoin increases will be bigger after reaching the new ATH and will open the chance to grow in the future. $100k will not be a dream anymore since the bitcoin can increase later.

Can't agree more. It's us who previously made Craig Wright popular by discussing his false claims. This year we made MUSK a crypto giant,  whose single tweet causes BTC to crash from 50k to 32k. We need price stability more then ATH in crypto market, if we want to see it as mainstream payment system.

Him and him, there's really no end to what a billionaire is looking forward to for malicious tweets. lol This makes us confused at the same time thinking Elon is the only person who supports crypto based on certain moments when all traders lost hope. It's more likely of a meme about 69 and 420, and it just so happened that the price of bitcoin and ethereum were pretty close with those meme-y numbers. Probably wanting to make a buzz during all these movement from bitcoin, and it's actually free clout since the man is already involved in a lot of crypto-related happenings for quite some time now.

This billionaire is better off building rockets and planning mankind's trip to Mars or even just the moon rather than meddle with cryptocurrencies. At this point, he's just a shill for the pumps and not really contributing anything substantial to the ecosystem at all.

Maybe he sees like that but the price already had a big correction and went back to $62k. But this doesn't mean that this will surely be the end of the rally for Bitcoin. Corrections always happen when the times that the price is on a big run or even in a bull market. After seeing the ATH at $66.9k, I believe that it's quite possible to see at least $70k in the near future.
