I was wondering that as well, as 99% of topics on the gambling boards look to me as mega threads. As a rule of thumb, I try no to post too much on topics beyond page 5, but I'll wait for his clarification as well.

I believe threads that managers consider as mega threads are topics that already have several pages, any thing little above 5 pages the topic will be considered as mega thread.

The problem with that is all ongoing discussions tend to have above 5 pages. For instance, many threads in Meta, where it's important to gather opinions.
Imagine that you have an ongoing football league and every few days there's a match. People will not make a new thread to talk about every single match but discuss them in a league thread as they come up. Not allowing people to post in such threads will only lead to more spam as they'll start new threads for each match just to be paid.

This is exactly what is happening on the gambling board, nearly all the threads there are having multiple replies already. But I think sujonali1819 will not include those football league discussions to posts that will not count but probably others that people would have keep on repeating what others have posted but keep on posting repetition which I common on gambling board. It will be good for CM to distinctly address this for people to know the type of mega threads that are not allowed.

What will be the best is to always be vigilant to post early to new topics on the gambling board that are accepted by CM. If active on new gambling topics and league mega threads, CM will not complain. But better to let me make more clarification.

I am a constant poster on the basketball threads and boxing threads.

IMO, a thread becomes a mega-thread because many people are sharing their opinion on a certain game or fight. For instance, the NBA thread ( discussion and betting) is one of the most active threads in the gambling section because the playoffs is ongoing now, and if you are a fan of basketball, and you are betting as well, you will not miss the discussion due to excitement. Personally, I will always be happy to post and read the thread because some people are sharing their picks which I could tail if I don't feel confident with my prediction. 

However, in the sense of advertising, I understand that the manager sees that an active thread is not good for advertising because the signature of a poster will not display for long unless he'll make a reply on a certain thread more than once a day.

Therefore, as a participant, I'll always do what's best for the signature campaign so it will be a long-term campaign. However, I have a suggestion since I can't prevent myself from posting in a mega-thread like NBA and other local basketball threads, I like to ask our dear manager to allow us to post but he may not count posts as paid not beneficial for this campaign if that's okay with you @sujonali1819.

I'm a basketball enthusiast and always up to date on the local league and international leagues. I don't consider these topics as mega threads since these topics are progressive, with different updates to discuss every day, especially since the NBA is now in the playoffs and our local league, PBA is in the Finals. As long as posts stick and are related to the topic, they shouldn't have a problem.

I'm also quite an avid fan of boxing and I also don't consider these as mega threads since stories are progressive. And when the boxing match ended up, the thread involved will be locked.

But the manager's decision should be followed. Any more clarification about mega threads in general?

What I'm more considering as mega threads are those threads with generic subjects where further responses are not necessary.

Thank you for your constructive discussions. Btw the threads in Gambling Discussion which is already  300-500 even more than thousands pages spreaded are considering Mega Threads imo.

I know some people are regularly sharing their opinion in those threads and they enjoy it. But sometime I see in 10 gambling post people are doing 6-7 posts in those Mega Threads. Even some are posting 4-5 posts in one Mega Threads every week even one day lol. This is not what we exactly expect from the participants. You can still post in these Mega threads but please don't expect I will count each of them.

I am in this campaign for a few weeks now. So, Based on my experience, Usually, they pay on Monday. It should be credited today. Even I am okay with it. But, I think it should be faster. Because the week ended on Saturday. It's Monday midnight here and still, we wait for the payment. It would be great if they can pay on Sunday. Let's see if Sujon recommends this to the admin.

Same. But if it's for threads which continuously discusses games and bets on a certain sport, I do participate in it. There are, however, posts that to me seems like a thread created to pad post counts, or just some people trying to beef up their activity by commenting on said posts.

A guideline to which posts you deem as a megathread would be great.
