I think it will take a long time for Man United to shine like before. However, this can all be achieved as long as they are willing to do :

- Fire Ten Hag, and sign a coach who really has the capability to handle Man United.

Its a shame that Coventry didnt knock them out due to how bad Man Utd is. Man utd almost spilled everything in this match and they are really awful. It is not a shocker that United managed to win, the tough part for City wasn't beating Chelsea, they did that easily to be fair, because when you think about it Chelsea had no big game whereas City actually had 120+ minutes of Real game.

Pep Guardiola went mad after the game, and he knew that it was unfair, because not only they played so many games before and during the Real Madrid period, which may have resulted with them failing to win against Real Madrid, because players were tired, but after that big long game, they had another game here against Chelsea that could have seen them lose out on another cup if they failed. This is football so it's possible. I already set out the things that could happen to City before they even faced Man United for the FA Cup Finals. Could they really be that about their play? It seems like the worst thing that could happen to a team but yeah, they clearly are t a team. It’s supposed to be a landslide victory playing against such team and in a season where they’ve got little to hold on to but, a team that seeks individual recognition and glory is one that is bound to make several mistakes. They really were lucky it was a tie and they managed to emerge in penalties.

Still, I can’t just imagine how terrible Chelsea was on their path. I think it’s just Cole Palmer now for Chelsea and no one else. If he ain’t scoring, no on pitch player fits the bill, N. Jackson literally needs the goal opportunity handed to him to make any effect in a game.
I think the Sterling substitute should have come a little earlier too, that could have helped but, Poch chose to bring him in way too late in the game.
