Congratulations to Manchester City for winning the FA cup after losing their two previous finals to Manchester United and Crystal Palace, beating Chelsea by a goal to nil was all they need to clinch the cup. It was a boring final, both team played a very poor game, both team where just been careful and defensive. At the end the best team wins, Pep Guardiola is a great coach, this season is his worst season yet he's able to win the two league cups.

If Chelsea doesn't bring in experience coach next year they will struggle in relegation zone, they have not direction and many players in the team has to leave they look so weak and tired, the club has to do a lot of cleaning in the squad. Imagine a world champions not playing in Europe competition next season it's embarrassing.

I was predicting the game would end with narrow score like 1-0 and it's happening. I congratulate Manchester City for winning their second trophies this season. They deserve it as they played better than Chelsea. The comeback of some veteran owned by Chelsea make them struggle to score, but Semenyo is the hero here.
I remember backdays he was being complained for doing nothing, but this time he's proving it's only matter of time until he's cooking.

Manchester City were the better team in this match, they showed quality and they deserve to win, and they win the game because they knew the premier league will be difficult to win the league since Arsenal have the upper hand to win the league because their remaining matches is more simpler than that of Manchester City, and since Manchester City has win both the FA and the Carabao Cup, I think they will take it easy with Arsenal because even if they win their last two matches, as long as Arsenal win their last two matches, they will win the league with two points clear.

Anyways, congratulations to Manchester City on winning a domestic double, they did really well despite starting the season with poor form, they spent wisely in the transfer indie and was able to win two trophies for the team.

Beside that this FA trophy is making Pep to achieve his 20 trophies in 10 years on Manchester City. No doubt he's been named as GOAT of football coach. He's never stop to win trophies. CONGRATS CITY!!

Chelsea are using this FA cup final as their route to get back into Europe next season so you don’t expect them to sit back and watch Manchester City dismantle them easily. Chelsea will be the team that will make the most effort because they need to win this match more than Manchester City need it, even though city need the trophy. Chelsea risk not playing in Europe if they don’t win this match. Also Manchester City just played few days ago while Chelsea has had over a week rest, so it’s expected they will be more fluent in the match.

Chelsea really played like the people who want to use the FA Cup to secure an Europa league football next season and they tried so hard to win Manchester City in the FA Cup final and achieve their aim but their best wasn't enough to give them the win they were looking for. Manchester City won Chelsea 1-0, and from the look of things Chelsea has no chance of playing in either the Champions League, Europa League, or Conference League.

Despite I did not have the chance to watch the match, based on the statistics, it showed that Chelsea tried their best, but they really could not do more than what they had already done against Manchester City. If it was another team, it is possible that Chelsea would have ended up winning this FA Cup. Manchester City are currently in great form, and I can say that it is very possible that any team Manchester City face in this FA Cup will struggle against them.

But what is really paining me now is that Chelsea wasted a lot of opportunities they had to secure a spot in one of the European competitions. If Chelsea had not been playing the kind of football they played and losing matches back to back, even knowing what it would cost them by losing that spot, things could have been different.At first, when Chelsea started the season, it seemed that they would qualify for the Champions League competition next season, not knowing that they might not even get the chance to participate in the Conference League. It is really a very bad season for Chelsea.

It’s not entirely a poor season for Manchester City, many clubs went empty handed this season without winning any trophy, but city managed to win two so far even though the season hasn’t ended. A club that that finished second in the Premier league, won two trophies didn’t have a failed season. The fans should lower their expectations that’s all.

I mean the FA cup not the UEFA, yes it's a good season for Manchester city but many including myself did not see it ending like this for them because they weren't that good for a long time this season.

Yes it was a really poor game and a poor decision making too by the referee and VAR because I think Chelsea deserves at least one penalty in this game but the referee seems to overlook all of the actions in that 18 yard box especially the handball by Nico O’Reilly. Chelsea grew more into the game during the second half but lack the final touches to set their attacking players up in the attacking third, Manchester city were able to grab the lone goal through a Antoine Semenyos backheel which secured them the trophy, but In all the intensity of the match doesn’t really match the hype of the game.

Chelsea thought they could come from back gate and steal the FA cup after playing all the small teams in England, they managed to reach the finals and I was wondering the magic they wanted to perform against Manchester city. This is the only game I can say is challenging to Chelsea since the tournament started and it just took them by surprise. Manchester city held the game and controlled the game all through. Even though pep Guardiola was careful not to concede a goal which pushed the players a little backwards, Semenyo still found his way behind the net at the 71st minutes. Chelsea only made two shots on goal with 5 shots in all which are both half the Manchester city's performance.

Manchester city is on a mission to shock England again as they do always. If Arsenal eventually draws any game, the title will be taken back to Manchester where it belongs. Manchester city is having a good season already no matter the outcome of the premier League. Just a single draw for Arsenal and they steal it out of their hands.

City has really done well. Pep is indeed a good coach and knows what to do to be celebrating. After all, as a coach, he is always celebrating almost every season. I think there is no dull moment with Pep as your manger. If we also check his past records in other clubs, he has always done well. He is worth celebrating. Even in there worst season, he has still bagged two trophies already, and hoping on ARSENAL to slip even with just a draw for him to lift the EPL again. Watching Chelsea play today is like watching a team of jokers who never took anything serious about themselves coming to the pitch acting serious because they know what is at stake, winning this FA Cup would give them a passage to a bigger competition that was why they were in business. Is a shame to see the way the game ended and if they had a pole or let me say an election in who deserves this title today many would still tip Manchester City to win because they have shown so much energy to get this far even the way they made a move from drowning to the second part of the table is something special but for Chelsea they keep losing form till they are no where to be found in the top 5, this was the same weak form they were before playing PSG in the WCC Competition and it favored them, so many fans of theirs are hoping for that to repeat itself again, what a shame. It would have been better for Leeds to be in the finals because I know it would have been a different ball game than what we just witnessed. Chelsea fans will continue complaining that the ref was bad and all that, very soon we'd start seeing screenshots of the fouls that occurred in that game.

I don't completely agree with you that it is a poor season for Manchester City despite winning the EFL cup and the FA Cup because the most important thing is that they won 2 England trophies this season unlike last season that they didn't win anything. You don't even need to conclude that they won't win the Premier League because the winners won't be decided until the last match has been played. Even if they don't win the EPL, they still performed awesomely because there was a time this season that they were far from contending the title but they came from behind and entered the second position so it took Pep Guardiola a lot of work to reach the second position. Maybe we can say that they had a poor season in the UCL but in England, they did well.

City is their only strongest opponent so far in FA cup, but they fail to beat City. I don't feel any surprised with it because we have seen how terrible they are. Even losing 1-0 to City still a thing because they played differently like they did in the last games.

You know they deserve appreciation because they fight City so hard. It's something that i rarely saw since Maresca was gone.

Manchester City just proved once again why they’re the new modern kings of English Football, from we thinking they’re having a bad season to them winning two trophies from the mouth of bitter rivals even if they don’t win the premier league now they have done so well, nobody will banter them if they don’t win it.

Pep Guardiola is still much relevant in football even as he’s not at his best he’s still winning trophies. What a legendary manager and he’s made Manchester City more successful.

Still, it was a victory, and Chelsea showed once again that they have a good squad with many skillful players, but unfortunately they don't have a good coach. Guardiola is an excellent coach; he can see the problems in the squad and correct them with new signings, whereas Chelsea wasted a lot of money on signings and coaches, and in the end, they had poor results in domestic competitions.
