the only reason why it will be a tough fight is because of the non-disclosure agreement that Tyron Woodley would have to sign prior to the fight. it was clear in their previous fight that Tyron would have won a knockout against jake paul if Tyron continued to punch and go for the KO but chose not to(I wonder why  ).

Well as I heard that it was expected that Jake Paul will beat Woodley again and that is the reason why the odds were in his favor over Tyron Woodley.

At all bookmakers, Woodley is a favorite, but is such a short period of time enough to prepare him for the fight? Normally I would say it was a stupid decision, but I think Woodley was getting ready for the fight anyway, or he might have had suspicions long before that this was going to happen and was in the process of preparing. I can't see any other rational explanation.

I think I might back Woodley in this one. I think he's going to want to avenge his loss and try get the job done without it going to points. That huge 500k knockout bonus is a huge incentive as well so I think he might go all out trying to get that KO. In fights like these, I think I would go for the main one for me, which is that of Jake Paul who will honestly be the winner, I do not like to brag or give predictions about the fights, but I think that Jake at the moment has a higher level than Tyron, Tyron has an incredible technique but that does not reach Jake Paul at the moment, I also think that Jake's training is being harder because he does not want to give him any opportunity, he could think that he will win until a possible knockout without exaggerating.

You nailed it right, Jake Paul has never lost in an exhibition fight yet, and it's very suspicious because he is only a youtuber while he is fighting boxers and retired UFC fighter and yet he still beat them all. 

If the fight is rigged again, we know who is gonna win, that's why Jake Paul is very confident on giving $500k to Woodley if he gets KO because that's not in the script.

I would never pay anything to watch this pay per view fight but many people are interested to watch this boxing circus and Jake Paul is big favorite to win.
Paul won all four of his fights and I think that he will repeat that again, only way winner would be different if this two fighters would fight MMA fight in cage.

Is there information from somewhere that the last fight was rigged one or just basing on what we have seen inside the ring? Though we know they may have prior agreement but we don't know what kind of arrangements they have. i don't think he will be active again in MMA. am guessing the reason why he's accepting these exhibition fights is that he's already retired and he's just doing this for entertainment as well as added money in his pocket. his age is already in the retiring age so i dont think he's thinking of going back and fight those younger ones.

If we think logically, I don't see any sense in making it rigged. If Paul loses on the match as it was rigged, I doubt more viewers will watch him in his next matches as the goal of seeing him being defeated is now achieved. If Woodley on the other hand losses, there's no Part 3 now. That's the reason why I can't see that match as rigged that will benefit both fighters.
