If you can control your trade management and are not bothered by the losses that have already occurred, I think you can continue trading. We can't stop trading, trading can give us financial freedom. However, all need knowledge and skills, make defeat an experience, next time don't waste it. Make the best possible trade.

Losing is part of the success story, if you don't encounter challenges in any endeavor you may never grow. I think that you don't quit because quitters never win, I advise you to build from where you are and avoid making such mistakes in the future.

But if you didn't learn anything and you are just randomly picking coins or joining the hype,
Then you should just stop because you would just lose more on the long run.

it's all about the knowledge you have and when you are sure of the trading knowledge you have now after losing it all it's right for you to start again and take what has been lost.
but if you don't learn anything from what happened you'd better forget it because a lot of money will be spent in trading when you don't have the means and knowledge to be able to take profits.

There is no neccesity in trading, if you feel you cant stop and always need to be trading you should investigate your motivations

There are not always good opportunities, if you are not feeling really confident in an investement with all the informations you can get with a high probability of success then just wait. Be like the cat keeping alert and patiently waiting for the good catch

We always learn from our mistakes so that we can be a better person, as you have lost all your capital on trading,you need to think and know where you make mistake so that it won't repeat itself,and don't use more than 10% of your capital to trade especially new coin,because price is not stable it can rise and fall.

You would really be profitable but it would depend because not all the times people would really succeed on anything that they are dealing with specially on a speculative market on which it does involved lots

NOt at all, if you are returning you should be more focus on avoiding the same mistake, learn from what happened during your last trade and make sure that you already understand the value of working with your knowledge, the more you understand the better chances to succeed with your investment or trade.

It's really unavoidable to suffer from losing trade but if you know how to control and how to cope back, you can proceed and let the flow go just always find a way to recover..

As you told me you have lost your capital, I suggest if you don't learn from your capital loss then you don't need to start again trading but if you learned a lot from your loss then you should try again and before starting again you should learn about technical analysis and don't invest in any altcoin new in the market.

There are traders that don't learn at the start even having that experience of losing, there could be 2nd, 3rd or more attempts before they actually learn from those mistakes and losses.

It's okay to try again if the trader is pursuant and he's to eager to learn with his experiences. It's their money and they can do everything they want until they can stand alone.

I am also happy to start over, but this time doing good capital management, that is, not putting so much money in trading, let's say you have 1000USD, only have to spend 20% of those 1000usd and that 20% divide it into 3 trades, and apply the strategy, in case it does not work, what you should do is be out of the market until you understand well or try to understand what is happening in the market, and being out of the market for a while is not bad , the market always gives new opportunities, the important thing is to learn from what was lost and learn from what is gained.

Its normal to lose sometimes but if its happening always then think what could be the problem and improve the strategy. With the current market now I think it's time to continue your trading and make a good entry/investment with the current bear market we have I think this is a good opportunity. However in my case I was not able to sell my coins and right now I don't have any extra money to buy BTC and other altcoins at a lower price. Let's just hope the market will end its bearish season.

By setting up a reserve fund, we can buy back during a bearish season like today. It's a shame if we run out of capital to buy at a lower price. that way we will get the opportunity to get a bigger profit. therefore we should not buy it once and spend our capital, so that things like this do not happen. so there is no reason for us to get out of trading

Lost during spot trading - wasnt it better to hold? As I understand, you have traded on emotions. Otherwise I cant explain why choose to sell lower than you bought. I would suggest to hold the alts you still have, and trade with other balance (if you still have money). If not, just hold or try to convert into btc and hold. As Bitcoin is our everything and solution to all bad  Hold Bitcoin and you might end with zero loss or will decrease losses a bit.

Losing funds is part of the business but to balance your wallet you must have a consistent reading ability. Quiting trading is like giving up on a career. If you must return back to trading please do well to go back to your analysis and find out why it failed or check if you were greedy enough to cause the loss

It depends upon the person strategies how he is doing and how someone is applying his strategies and what ways the trader use for its trading? As everyone is quite familiar with the way he trade and buying the coins on the right time and selling of them requires a proper mindset as well as proper planning for covering yourself after loss.
