@bbc.reporter-  thank you for the recommendation about the scam board. This is a support forum for owl.games, which is the same company (Cyber Galaxy B.V.)that owns sandboxcasino.io.  Owl.games has interjected themselves by responding to my emails and CCing Sandboxcasino.io with their replies. Not surprisingly, owl.games has sided with sandboxcasino.io because they’re the same company!

I agree that a post should be made on the scam forum as well, but I also believe this is an appropriate forum to discuss issues with owl.games/sandboxcasino.io, which are both owned by the same company. Owl.games monitors this forum and this is a way to get them to fix my problem.

Gamblers and affiliates marketing owl.games and Sandboxcasino.io who have posted on this thread need to be aware Cyber Galaxy B.V. Is refusing to pay a legitimate win.

As per Owl.games official statement here, They didn’t interjected you about your case, They ask Sandboxcasino to justify the ban action and they provide a solid evidence about your case which they forwarded to you. I don’t see any interjection with that aside from justifying how you ban using there partner company evidence. There’s an evidence of you having same IP to banned players so even if you use VPN as an excuse to dodge it, It doesn’t erase the fact that you luckily connected to 13 banned users for using same VPN with proof, Imagine how many users using that VPN while you luckily get the IP that will connect you to them.

You should resolved your case on scam accusation board because this thread is dedicated for updates and discussion about the casino.

Does the support already stop there communication to you? There account last active was last July 18 which is the time they give answer to you. I’m not an expert on investigating this kind of dispute agains casino especially when it’s about VPN related matter that involved rigging the game so it’s very hard to jump into conclusion against the casino and give them negative trust if they provide an IP connection because this happened here many times.

The scam accusation thread is your only hope to get support here. I will try to read again your case and help you.

You got your answer already based on the screenshot you provided,  you are disabled because of suspicious activity, they were not ignoring you now if you want to have a case of it then create an accusation thread in the scam section with all your proof, if you're guilty of what they charge on you, they will expose you, if not you deserve your winning.

Can you provide the detailed explanation why ypur account got banned? I know that they have problem before on there sportsbook which cheater take advantage on there system that result to an exploit. Many cheaters are cheating there web3 casino in the past. You should ask them to provide detailed report about your violation so that we can move forward if they can’t present solid evidence.

We quote from the sportsbook risk team:

They just posted in the accusation thread, and they are washing their hands and putting it all on Sandbox as the one who is responsible

Sammy firstly wrote to our email regarding his case with sandboxcasino on June 19th, 2022.

We replied on the 20th, June 2022 with the fact that:

1. SandboxCasino operates on their own using the owl.games casino software, they handle the bankroll, payment processing, players, on their own.
2. We have also sent an email on that day to SandBoxCasino asking them to justify the ban.

SandBoxCasino provided enough evidence that Sammy1 has multiple accounts (at least 13 accounts) with SandBoxCasino, which clearly violated the terms.

We replied to Sammy1 on June 21st, 2022 that SandboxCasino has banned him because of the multiple accounts violation.

It's good that they address this issue I'm holding Owl token and it's their obligation to address the issue when it comes, to protect their reputation, their reputation is what keeps investors supporting their tokens in the market.

Also we would love to clarify on our bitcointalk marketing strategy( which we think we do not have to):

We choose to pause it because we are more Web 3.0 orientated but not BTC focused. 99% of our users are NOT btc users. The campaign signature did not fulfil our initial expectations so we paused it.

I just don't like that part I invested in their token because of their signature campaign and I guess so are the others here, they are running a casino right? so they are not thanking the forum if they got players through this forum, are they hearing what they are saying.

I have nothing to do with "new game accounts". My first deposit was 14 July 2022 and the game in question is 25 July. Of course you can void bets on this match, but I see no reason to withhold my entire balance, including my deposits and winnings from other matches.

Please enlighten me on what’s going on. This user create new account to place bet on a same game market while he has other account that has an existing bet on that same game? I have no concern that this is violation for multi accounts already because he made bet on same market but can you release proof for this accusation?

Nah, I casually watched the 1xbet series on twitch and wanted to try my luck with this game. Right now the same team(paloma) is playing final match in this tournament, so there is no match-fixing because if there was any suspicious activity - team would be disqualified for sure. Compiling all kinds of scam accusations and complaints in one thread seems like a good idea, since sometimes the accusations or complaints are not posted properly on their proper section but sometimes they are found inside a gambling announcement thread and sometimes in the gambling discussion boards.

There must be users here which are highly active and likes to visit each boards and backread each threads, maybe they are the ones that can volunteer for this small job? That can be a good help to make a proper judgment. And it's not the forum users are the ones that handle or solve the cases but it's the gambling site owner and their teams.

The decrease in the token price will always be reasonable as long as the percentage is not too large if it reaches hundreds of percent, the holders should suspect something strange is happening to this token but I checked on CMC a decrease of only 10% is reasonable especially BTC price movements a few hours ago for sure will make altcoin prices adjust.
This casino is very rare or as far as I remember never making special events for members in this forum like matches from famous leagues, but maybe they will make changes but I don't have a clue about that.

There’s no detailed reason about the dump even on telegram. I think some whale just unload his holdings on bear market while no one is buying his cheap token right now that’s why the price is still on bleed condition. Owl just announced there another airdrop on there telegram which I believe not connected on price sentiment.

The price will recover soon because there’s no negative news that backed this price dump.
