Because from their point of view, the game of a provider that you played might have been exploited. If proven that it was truly exploited, then then might be considered = cheating. The casino simply cannot pay you even if the owner of the casino wanted to.

It's a big concern for you if you have a pending $85k but not alarming if you think that you played fair, I believe you'll going to get your money the verification is important to make sure that things are not unusual, they think this is unusual

There accusation has a valid point. Actually they are still considering your innocence since they are veriying your game history to the game provider even though your record is very shady. Your winning rate is very high as if you are not gambling all since your bet number is almost close to 100 while you on lose a couple of bets which is insane.

I only suggest that you should not undergo KYC to protect your identity in case they already release a findings but don't expect positively on your case. I wonder how do you get support on this claim.

I believe that you should give them some more time to get more information, and in the meantime be in touch via pm with them to discuss the next steps. Furthermore I would advise you to remain patient too as they’re actively engaging in that other thread, and once they post their proofs you can choose to counter or do a KYC if they feel that’s needed to allow you to withdraw.

I can't answer that question. We need to wait for till the game provider finishes their investigation. Maybe the bug (if exists) is in the casino's script and not the game itself. I believe this question is irrelevant, for the moment.
