A simple common sense will give you answer. Simply they are assuming that you have aome software to rigged that specific slot games on there casino. The security of each casino has different type which is why you can use the cheat software on Owl while you can’t on other casino.

They just did this as safety precaution since you manage to get that huge win that specific game provider.

I think we should wait on the admin to make a final judgment on this case, I don't think owl games are at fault in this situation since there was an already existing big, and the warnings came from the games provider.

I can't answer that question. We need to wait for till the game provider finishes their investigation. Maybe the bug (if exists) is in the casino's script and not the game itself. I believe this question is irrelevant, for the moment.
FYI, I'm not part of the owl.games team. But I highly believe they are an honest casino and this is why I suggested you to wait.

doesn't crypto transactions have a transaction id on the chain site so it's easier to take it as proof than a screenshot even though it's also needed for additional proof when the deposit process is not processed correctly, sometimes I often take screenshots on sites I just visited for prevent when they suddenly cheated changing the address of the available deposit wallet and made me lose my money, so I need a screenshot of my deposit address and also the proof of the transaction, but for screenshots the deposit amount is not too important because I don't think there is time to collect captures my deposit and withdrawal amount screen

As I said, am not member of them and never was. I'm a participant in their sig. campaign. So, technically, you are right, I'm getting paid for advertising their service. But this will never affect my opinions/judgment. If I've the slightest doubt that they would scam, I'll stop promoting them immediately.

I believe account suspension is temporary and it's a precautionary measure and will be lifted when/if this case get resolved.

Generally, I don't take screenshots of my deposits. The blockchain is much more credible and trustworthy form of evidence, anyway. Of course, if you don't trust the casino completely and you want to ensure that they aren't lying about your deposit and withdrawal times, then by all means take screenshots. I don't personally do this because I trust the casinos I play at and I don't have any reason to not trust them.

I have never done that, and I don't feel it is necessary and important to do because when we have chosen to make a deposit, it means we already trust it and the tx id is strong enough to prove that we are making a deposit, today I just made a deposit at one of the bookmakers to following the competition regarding the World Cup and not taking screenshots

Generally, I don't take screenshots of my deposits. The blockchain is much more credible and trustworthy form of evidence, anyway. Without any evidence to support the claim no one will take it seriously, owl have been through a lot of ups and down in the most recent time and if one is not careful, we may arrive at a judgment that will point to our decision on whether owl is guilty of the accusation or not, this is the reason why when there are such cases of blocking of an account, it becomes difficult to know who is wrong or right between the casino vs the client whose account is blocked. It's seems that you and @aew is not reading the latest update of Owl representative carefully before posting an attack or doubt here. You should hold your horses and wait for the Owl official decision regarding this matter.

The case of the guy is not yet closed and still under investigation since they are verifying carefully all the bet logs of the account involved. The account is new and obviously display a rare winning luck so I understand Owl stand here but they should be transparent all the time like what they are doing rn.

looking at this year and the scam cases we can see that it is better that we take a screen shot of the account balance whenever we deposit, win and withdraw, at least if the casino blocks the account the person will have proof to show, these scam cases are teaching us that from now on we need to do this. when the person doesn't do it and they post a scam accusation and everyone asks where the proof is and the person says they can't post proof because they had their account blocked and they didn't screen shot early so people don't believe you, everyone thinks they're doing it to lie.
