no one would have predicted that bitcoin would become as big as it is today, where indeed even though it is currently down but an achievement in itself can reach $ 1B for market cap and price increase many times.

That's why many people sold early. People who bought at $1 and sold at $20 for example. And also in all the bitcoins that were lost in the first years, if the owners had known where the price and market cap could go they would have been more careful. But at that time Bitcoin was the beginning of something experimental, cheap, with a very volatile price and about which there were many doubts.

The question for me after these 13 years is whether Bitcoin will stay with us for another 100 years, and the vast majority of the forum hope it will, but it remains to be seen.

and also the Milestone of Bitcoin is getting further and wider year after year , 100 million registered wallets (but i doubt that those are all Owners because we cannot really find data about this) still that is plenty to count and at least 10-50% of those maybe a Legit Owners per individual.

Really it has archived many things within the short period of time .It has proved that how much valuable asset it is .I was really shocked first time after watching btc price around 900$ may be at year 2013/2014 ,I just thought it could be nothing which has got over priced but gradually started to learn about it and got the idea about that it is really a huge asset .The more exciting thing was that when El Salvador made the announcement to legalize it and use as state currency ,things were changing positively and at last it has boom .However i think there are many more are coming ,I also thing still its on teenager period we can see many more on upcoming days that's why holding my btc .

Looks like you are very confident with the price of bitcoin will reach $100K this year. I would be really happy if this actually happened. But looking at ATH in 2021, the possibility that ATH will be in 2022 might be a little difficult. If you look at the habits that have occurred, then in 2017 Bitcoin reached a price of $19K and dropped back to around $3.8K. That means almost a 70% decrease from the highest price.
At the moment bearish signs are in place there are two strong supports at $38K and around $28K. If the price breaks, it's possible that the price could reach $15K. IMO

Woah, how time flies so fast if we would just look back at the time where bitcoin are struggling from huge price correction up to now I can't imagine that bitcoin is already existing for 13 years. Truly bitcoin journey gone through a rough road, banned to unbanned of different countries but still stand up stronger and yeah it will definitely going to achieve more milestones. Bitcoin has achieved a lot in just a few years after its inception. It's impressive for something that's fairly new to the world. If Bitcoin went from $0.01 to almost $70k in just 13 years, imagine how much it will grow 10 years from now. Countries are now beginning to embrace Bitcoin as it provides greater benefits than Fiat itself. El Salvador is the first country to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender, and more should follow suit. This is only the beginning of a long journey filled with excitement and riches to early adopters like us. Considering that Bitcoin is the future of money, there's a high probability it'll become extremely valuable in the long term. Once everyone uses Bitcoin on a daily basis, then full decentralization will be achieved. Who knows if Bitcoin's non-stop success leads us to the decay of Fiat in the mainstream world? Yes of course, one can make good returns when they invest in Bitcoin, so it's really profitable, but quite a lot of people have mistaken this profitability for a "get rich quick" network which the Bitcoin network actually isn't, and as such many people have become anti Bitcoin, cause they didn't have the patience to hold their coins as all they wanted was fast money. What I'm saying here is that, in as much as Bitcoin is somewhat profitable, it could be counterproductive for people who rest solely on that mindset and want to make money out of the network as soon as possible, there is still patience that one is expected to have, as well as believe in the network, so when there is a correction/plunge, you'll not run into panic selling.

That's another reason why you should invest in bitcoins and at the same time you should have more than fifty percent of your portfolio in bitcoins. Some newbies in crypto only invest in altcoins as they think that altcoins can give better returns. This is not 💯% true as bitcoin gives more return in the long run.

It's the, "You are a teenager now" part for me. I like how OP personalized it in the title. If we continue on this trajectory, Bitcoin will be overblown before adulthood. It's a real success story and a lot of naysayers have learnt to take a back seat. The handful dissidents still remaining are fighting a lost battle as Bitcoin has come to stay. It's the grandmaster pathfinder of the crypto world.

We can't even imagine the whole lot of jobs, earnings and perspectives this paradigm shift called Bitcoin has brought to the world in just 13 years of its existence.
