And so, - in general, OP created an excellent topic! The first post is above the best praise!
Well to be honest I do not think it was just crypto or just gambling alone. I remember using a lot of services, even money services and none of them asked for KYC. Now to even find a website or service that does not even ask for an email or phone is impossible. I personally think we have to accept that once crypto becomes more and more recognized we have to bow with the regulations OR support more services that use anonymous crypto or accept BTC in ways that are still more private. So maybe one purpose of this topic is to highlight services that still don't ask for KYC? Totally agree great topic, merit it

I remember with nostalgia those times when no one thought about any KYC, much less demanded it, even if you need to take $100-150... in your wallet. Now everything has changed, and the worst thing is that this KYC is required in different ways, up to the video image of the face.
I am sure we all miss that time, especially for those who knew bitcoin from 2013-to 2018 which do not require KYC for playing gambling. That is regulations from the crypto gambling site because they must follow the new rules from the provider and the providers follow the government rules. We can not do anything but luckily, we have some crypto gambling sites that still do not require KYC to play gambling so we do not have to worry about any limitations. But some crypto gambling sites still need KYC for those gamblers who want to withdraw for some big amount and can accept that.

Update: Just added the information of 5 more casinos. They are Gamdom, MintDice, PlayBitcoinGames, Rocket Run and Thunderpick. I like that you organized the list in alphabetical order but I would like to see more info for license number and link if possible.
Alphabetic order is better than the random order. I didn't give priority to any random or popular casino here. Not to mention, the list only contains legit casino who doesn't have bad reputation. About the license number or link, it isn't possible to add the validator link in this topic. But I will add the license registration number and company name of each casino on my next update. Currently there is a way to verify the Curacao gambling license (license provider company) of a casino by searching with their registration number or the company name. I'm giving the example of two casino here: Sportsbet.io: mBet Solutions N.V. (Curaçao) (the ‘Company’) (‘We’) is a company registered and incorporated in Curacao with Company registration: 129230.
Stake.com: Stake is owned and operated by Medium Rare N.V., registration number: 145353, registered address: Fransche Bloemweg, 4 Willemstad Curaçao.
Firstly, visit here: http://www.curacao-chamber.cw/services/registry/search-companyThen search with the company name or the registration number from the page. After that, click on the tradename from the search result and complete the captcha to view the information of the license. It will give an error message if the license company/registration number isn't valid/available now. Curacao commercial register of Sportsbet and Stake So maybe one purpose of this topic is to highlight services that still don't ask for KYC?
This topic is created to make the KYC requirements and license details available at a single place, so that the bettors can easily get the information here.

Currently there is a way to verify the Curacao gambling license (license provider company) of a casino by searching with their registration number or the company name.
If we know the company registration number, there is a direct url that can be used to get an Excerpt from the Curaçao Commercial Register. It's just a matter of replacing the ID number with the correct registration number of the company you want to check. For example this is a direct url for mBet Solutions N.V. company (Sportsbet.io), with registration number 129230: http://www2.curacao-chamber.cw/excerpt.asp?establishmentnr=0&legalformid=51&companyid=129230Maybe you can use this to create active links in your table when adding company registration numbers. Great job, by the way.

Thanks man! You have made it easier for me now. I wasn't aware of this direct link. I will make a different column within next few days with the Curacao gambling company registration number and the verifier link of each casino. However, this system won't work for those casinos who doesn't operate with Curacao gambling license. As example: blackjack.fun.

No License, No KYC casinos are my favorites.
License means regulations, regulations means problems. Why would a casino need a license? The only thing a casino needs is a good reputation and it only takes some time to build it. freebitco.in is a very good example.
If I can't access to a casino like this, of course my second favorites are Licensed/No KYC casinos.

For the license I agree with what you said but for KYC actually it's still fifty fifty in my opinion. maybe for people who only gamble with small bets and gamble just for fun I feel that KYC is not really needed but on the other hand we also can't forget some people who gamble in big enough bets and I still feel KYC could be a pretty good thing for them. apart from verifying their identity, this can also be used to minimize the fact that their account doesn't transfer to someone else so things like KYC will still be important to them even though most gamblers don't like it.

Probably a problem for some gamblers where if a casino have license means that some gamblers from a country where gambling is illegal so it really is a pain in the ass. It's just like the casino where I came across where the country where I'm from is in the list of countries that are blocked or illegal them that means if a gambler from that country gambled big time then request a cash out and the casino ask for KYC then that gamble would surely won't be able to cash it out due to that reason.

I somehow agree with your statement. Though what bothers me are unlicensed online gambling websites as they are unregulated. Though this may be the case, this can easily be remedied if the gambling website has proven itself to be relatively 'trustworthy' through the test of time (e.g. their overall time of service, etc.). But generally, I avoid unlicensed gambling websites especially if they are brand new and if they are still establishing their name on the market. As for KYC, it is definitely a no-brainer for me. Why would I ever want to expose my identity to something that is unregulated/regulated which can potentially leak my information?

I think the same, every time we bow down to a centralized authority then they are free to put forward whatever regulations that they like, it is true that gambling in an unlicensed casino is a risk especially if it is relatively new, but if the casino has shown through their actions that they are to be trusted then that is more than enough to me. After all the main reason that made gambling with cryptocurrencies so successful at the beginning was the ability to gamble without the need of going through KYC policies. BTW great thread OP, merited.

License means regulations, regulations means problems. Why would a casino need a license? Can't agree. I, for example, use bet365 where everyone needs to pass through KYC. And because 365bet has UK license I'm sure that my identity maybe in bigger danger than no-KYC but at the same time much safer that book will not disappear into sunset. If I can't access to a casino like this, of course my second favorites are Licensed/No KYC casinos.
I think such casinos doesn't exists. Licensed means that customer will be forced to pass through KYC.

In short, it turns out that in any case there may be problems for the gamers. And there are only two problems: 1. There is no way to get the winnings if KYC has not passed 2. If you winnings and you have passed KYC then it fell under the control of the tax service and apparently will have to be divided- part government . But this is in good countries where there are no gangs of extortionists. And in bad countries, with high crime, everything can be taken away. So whatever one may say this damn KYC is nothing but problems. And what bastard came up with it and now demands it everywhere?

If you've not directly dealt with casino daily operations, it might be hard to understand why they take KYC seriously. They're there to make sure some underaged kid which shouldn't be gambling in the first place to bring back a huge sum that would be problematic, given he or she is below the legal requirement. And then there's some people that prefer to whitewash their stolen funds. Nobody wants to be (in)directly involved in someone else's dirty affairs.

@op it's a great table. to be honest the pros and cons of KYC will continue to emerge, many support, many also reject but from my personal perception, I support what you say. KYC is great for preventing minors from gambling as well as deterring money launderers, I hope we can all respect the rules made by a gambling site because they want to do business in the long term.

If I can't access to a casino like this, of course my second favorites are Licensed/No KYC casinos.
I think such casinos doesn't exists. Licensed means that customer will be forced to pass through KYC. I don't think that's true. There are a number of licensed casinos that do not require KYC for low-budget players. In fact, most casinos will require KYC only if you're a high-roller or withdrawing large sums of money. Read the OP's post if you haven't already.

Agree with this. Those casinos that do not require KYC will be a place for us to play gambling. If I see the casino ask for KYC, I will leave it and not try to verify my account because I only want to have fun and not chase the money from the games.
However, there will be a gambler who will verify themselves in the casino and mostly, those people want to play in a big amount and if their account is verified, they can deposit in large money to gamble.
it depends on the options implemented and indeed KYC is not as bad as one might think especially for those who gamble in bigger money. actually they need something like this KYC to verify them and it will be quite useful for them if something untoward happens with their account. but indeed there are still a lot of people who don't want kyc and that is quite normal as we just want to have fun and don't really want this kind of thing for gambling. this is depending on what we choose regardless of KYC or not that is also a choice

If one playing with crypto then there shouldn't be any kyc. I don't care about the license as long as we can trust the casino. Providing our personal information to these casinos is not safe and soon or later these details will be sold on dark websites. So I never bother to check a casino if they ask of kyc.

Then how you would be thinking into those traditional services on which we are mainly passing up our documentation or overall information? This had been a common thing that we've been dealing everyday and you cant be sure that there wouldnt be any leak outs with those information. For these crypto gambling sites then we know that having a license could really give out some boost in terms of trust into the community on where gamblers would be thinking that having a license is showing off that they are dealing with a legit site which i cant blame them but we know that license isnt everything.

Many Casinos are simply obliged to state in their KYC that they require it if they are holding a license. Doesn't mean a casino would actually do it. Unless they suspect something but something far more serious like money laundering, otherwise I agree it shouldn't be applied to the crypto users. Defeats the purpose and the what it's suppose to stand for.
