the other options on the list are also important, but for me, these five are what I think where the casino should excel. having quick responsiveness to issues and complaints, great offers and bonuses, great Software and games, strong security, and friendly and quick customer service are some of the best things a casino can have.

I chose the responsiveness to complaints because it's the least explored and at the same time the hardest one to upscale because complaints can't be automated because it's bound to fall in deaf ears. Sign up speed in my opinion shouldn't be there because I feel like all sign up time should be fast. I can't think of five more to add right now but I feel like it's going to fill up anytime soon.

I pick Responsiveness to complaints this is very important and define casino how they valued their customers, and not only Responsiveness to complaints but giving and honest decision on every complaint I hate seeing casinos that just ban account because they violated their terms of service and rules without showing any proof, Responsiveness to complaints will define a casino's reputation.

I'm a real big fan of free bet promotions and probably a bad sportsbook customer for that reason Nothing more enticing than getting free money, that you could potentially convert into even more cash through some sensible bets. I think one key element that is often discussed here is Know Your Customer - there may be good reason for it but this should be one of the most useful things that a cryptocurrency based casino should set out to avoid. If effort was put in to stop any money laundering (such as you receive your blockchain connected funds back +/- any wins or losses) then that might help you? I just don't see the point of using a riskier type of casino when locally based fiat casinos can offer the same service. There is also a big risk of handing over that documentation, combined with crypto assets, to more anonymous organizations who could have lower security as they are less accountable.

I could only pick one from the poll and I chose bonuses and offers because it's one of the many ways to keep the players engaged like the Live Casino Hero you guys put up that ended just this month. The second feature would be responsiveness to complaints, i've experienced my fair share of waiting that's why this comes in second instead of first and I don't mind waiting since they'll get fixed anyway. The third would be the withdrawal limits, sometimes it sucks when you want to play on a certain casino but their withdrawal or deposit limits are above your budget. Fourth would be software and games, it's better to have all the possible games you can play within the site so you don't have to switch frequently. The last feature but not the least is probably instant deposit, not many casinos have this feature but I think it's great to have as we don't know when the network will spike at any given day.

A good customer care service in my opinion is the best features to look at for reasons been that  no matter how good the graphics and variety of crypto currency maybe there is never a 100% satisfaction and definitely customers would have issues and the ease and rapid response to customers complaints would make a better casino before considering how well the relate to Bitcointalk forum.

For me this depends a bit if I am already a customer of the casino or if I am considering to open an account there. As a new customer the two most important things for me are if the casino is legit and what kind of bonuses do they offer. Casinos became quite competitive in the last year and offer a wide range of bonuses. Starting with a 100 or 200% deposit bonus makes a huge difference. As an existing customers bonuses are not so important anymore, here I look more on how fast the withdrawal process takes.

Is this the final list or can I add items here as desired? For me, one of the most important is the lack of KYC. I understand that starting from certain amounts, it is very difficult to avoid this without going beyond the laws, but are there really no minimum values where you can do without it? If not, then I don't see much advantage of crypto oriented casinos over classic fiat ones.

As I can see all of the listed features are important to have in online crypto casinos. Casino with all the listed features will be the most chosen one. Since you limit it to 5 only, here are my choices:
