No, it isn't always the case. Some casinos have very complicated registration processes. Some casinos, for example, require a KYC procedure immediately upon registration, while others do not even require an email confirmation.
Oh! I have just understood what is meant as easy and hard registration process. I remembered when I registered at bet365 many years ago, I was to provide kyc and I provided it, all did not take more than 10 to 15 minutes, I have not seen kyc as stressful but that is true that a gambling site that requires only email is easy for registration than the ones that will demand for kyc, some people might even have difficulty while providing the site their kyc, some will even be rejected or addictional kyc might be demanded for.
10 to 15 minutes is super fast for a KYC approval because usually KYCs are approved for days or longer than that because they carefully check the details if it was really from that person uploading it and not just by a random ID's that they get or bought online. Speed of KYC approval is not enough for the gamblers to sign up but there is another thing that they are worrying of. That is their privacy being shared to the casino.

Aside from the email being needed to sign up, there are now newer casinos that uses the web 3 technology where you can sign up instantly and start playing by just connecting your crypto wallet. It's a cool feature.

What I look for in a casino first is their customer support.
Even if the site does not provide bonus that is fine but if there is some problem to me there must a live chat service or even the email support replies within couple of hours that is fine for me. So I would rate customer support at the top.
After that on second number I would put fast payouts which is also very important feature of a good casino.

As you know, we play for money in casinos, sometimes very big money. There is always a lot of excitement when it comes to money and I totally agree that quick, direct contact with support is a very important thing in every casino. In addition, professionalism and the ability to solve problems is a very big advantage for the casino.

I have seen recently introduced casino here using web 3.0 services, which is actually helpful for those gamblers who just want to connect their webwallet like metamask in order to play. I believe, in the near future, this will be the new trend to these crypto gambling casinos. Gamblers can directly connect with their online wallet.

That system was already introduced before especially in the project concept of decentralized gambling. However, it doesn't get hype for I'm not sure what's the reason. Maybe it's because of regulation as once you apply for it, the site should be centralized.

But since it's still an early development, maybe soon, that feature can be implemented by most of the sites. Not a necessary thing to do in my own view since deposits are far doing good at most famous gambling sites. I like the way you justify the quality of features you wanted in an online gambling crypto casino because probably that is what mostly every gamblers are looking for an online gambling site. Depends but most of the time this would be the case on which there might be some bot assistance which it isnt bad because majority of users do really share up on the same or common
questions which bots could actually able to answer it out which is something not really a big of an issue.Although there are some circumstances which it does need
some real human intervention or communication which it would really be much preferred if there are platforms who do offer 24/7 but we know
that we arent that robots which could stay aware unless if there are some shifting in between staffs.

It is not that difficult as long as the platform has enough resources to handle it. A platform can hire several persons who can work as support with shifting system. It can be 2-3 support agents per day, so basically a platform do not need to much support agents to handle 24/7. I think 3-5 persons is enough but the more is better as some of them may need to break for holiday or for other things IRL.

It is not that difficult as long as the platform has enough resources to handle it. A platform can hire several persons who can work as support with shifting system. So the costs of having a good and professional support do not have to be that high.

I agree, people do not realize how important is customer support until they have a problem that needs their attention, many casinos due to their huge growth do not have the best customer support possible, and I get it, however there are some casinos that really disregard this area and if you happen to need something then you will have to wait for days and sometimes weeks to obtain an answer to your problem, that happened to me several times and as you may guess I never gambled on those casinos ever again.

I agree, people do not realize how important is customer support until they have a problem that needs their attention, many casinos due to their huge growth do not have the best customer support possible, and I get it, however there are some casinos that really disregard this area and if you happen to need something then you will have to wait for days and sometimes weeks to obtain an answer to your problem, that happened to me several times and as you may guess I never gambled on those casinos ever again.
And this is where people do really find out other places for them to see on which one would really be worth of their money to deposit on and its true that
there are still lots of online casinos which do really lack of this kind of feature on where they dont put up some emphasis or attention which
they would only be making out such steps if someone who do really complain or do criticize them.

What I look for in a casino first is their customer support.
Even if the site does not provide bonus that is fine but if there is some problem to me there must a live chat service or even the email support replies within couple of hours that is fine for me. So I would rate customer support at the top.
After that on second number I would put fast payouts which is also very important feature of a good casino.
I agree, people do not realize how important is customer support until they have a problem that needs their attention, many casinos due to their huge growth do not have the best customer support possible, and I get it, however there are some casinos that really disregard this area and if you happen to need something then you will have to wait for days and sometimes weeks to obtain an answer to your problem, that happened to me several times and as you may guess I never gambled on those casinos ever again.

The fact is, we don't even need to demand that good customer support should be present. In any business, that's already a mandatory thing to do by the business owners or gambling site operators. It's a part of good service.

Once a site is not having good customer support, disregard right away using those sites as that was a basic requirement to any kind of business but they failed to become responsible on that part.

Depends but most of the time this would be the case on which there might be some bot assistance which it isnt bad because majority of users do really share up on the same or common
questions which bots could actually able to answer it out which is something not really a big of an issue.Although there are some circumstances which it does need
some real human intervention or communication which it would really be much preferred if there are platforms who do offer 24/7 but we know
that we arent that robots which could stay aware unless if there are some shifting in between staffs.

It is not that difficult as long as the platform has enough resources to handle it. A platform can hire several persons who can work as support with shifting system. It can be 2-3 support agents per day, so basically a platform do not need to much support agents to handle 24/7. I think 3-5 persons is enough but the more is better as some of them may need to break for holiday or for other things IRL.

I think Every process need to Online Crypto casino.we need to follow every important features in crypto casino. But most important in crypto casino is some features like.

Chatbots are good because sometimes, a user's problem can already be seen in the FAQ. In that way, customer support will just be focused on a much more reasonable problem by their users. We have to admit that there are really users who are asking generic questions to the chat support box that's why a bot is necessary to guide those users with only basic problems and not just reading the basic FAQs for the possible answers.

Pinning the guides on the chatbox is also helpful too.

We have seen this type of feature already at some of the gambling site's live chat support. There's no need for users to contact the live support on that matter especially if the answer is already included in the site's basic questions with answers provided already.

I too like that feature. Just typing the concern on that search box, gives me lots of possible solutions to my question. Unless not listed there, that's the time I will force a chat in live support.
