A good moment to buy bitcoin is always now, on the present! There are lots of people who keep waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect dip to finally acquire their first portion of bitcoin, but that is actually a big mistake, because nobody can predict it accurately. So what happens is that these people never start investing and when they realize this fact, it's already too late, because bitcoin becomes too expensive for them to buy a nice amount of satoshis. That is why people should just invest in bitcoin, doesn't matter the currently price, while not getting anxious to see financial returns on short run.

Simple yet complex when you are already in the situation. So long you will not be selling at a loss, then you are still in good position.

Yes, I agree with this too. it's just, people know that the right time to buy bitcoin or ethereum is when it's dipping, and it's currently dipping. However, due to panic selling, many people are hesitant to buy again because of panic selling.
however, we also realize that every time is a good time if we are ready, however, FUD for low prices is always there. well, this is a very good time to buy bitcoin or ethereum as their prices have dropped considerably from ATH. recovery will definitely happen this year.

Everytime is good time to buy btc or eth, it's just depend on what you are going to do with your btc or eth after you bought it. Long term holding for btc and ethereum is a good way to earn huge profit especially if you are going to buy now while the price is low. Many people always wait for more deep  but for me better to invest now and hold. And if there is more price drop then buy again as long as you have capital because opportunity just comes once. The scenario in crypto market is just cycle, there is a bear market and bull market. Bitcoin is already more than 10 years of existence which is a proof that it will become more and more valuable in the future.

We are not yet sure whether the market has hit the bottom, so in case it might be going down again, this would be a better to execute the plan in investing; 68% investment at the initial time and 32% later like you have said.

If the price happens to go down later he would be buying more coins at a cheaper rate to fill his with the 32% of the investment money that’s left. And as for how he should be investing the money in both, I think that more of the money should be going into Bitcoin.

Holding a set of amount (spare) to average will be always appreciated yes. It might be in crypto trading or in share market. As market can move in any direction, it really needed to balance the loss. So yes just invest 60 to 70 percent of capital into either of these coins or on both of these coins as both are best coins for long term investment. Current correction seems to be bit longing so this is the right time to invest.

It depends on your plan on why you're buying these coins.

If you're going to buy and will hold it for long period lets say 5-10 years then anytime would be ideal to buy since your timeframe is for long period hodling. On the other side if you only want to make a short term profit then much better to buy during dip.

Thats why its a must to have plan and know whats your goal because investing has risk and we cant predict accurately the movement of the market.

buying both I think is very worth it, depending on our goals for investing or trading. There's always the possibility that it would go low in the times that we're not expecting. And there's the truth with what you've said that if someone is buying to hold, you do that always, and no need for any validation from other people.
We do that because we want to make money from holding it and you choose whether you go to the long way or you're good to wait for a bit of time then assess what you've bought if they're good to be sold.

There's always the possibility that it would go low in the times that we're not expecting. And there's the truth with what you've said that if someone is buying to hold, you do that always, and no need for any validation from other people.
We do that because we want to make money from holding it and you choose whether you go to the long way or you're good to wait for a bit of time then assess what you've bought if they're good to be sold.

We do that as investors who have strong believe that the market will bounce back and deliver our expectations, it's true that if you have this kind of mindset, better to follow your own understanding and there's no need of any confirmation or recommendation from other investors. Yes, now is a perfect time to start buying. Both of them are good, normally I would have said Bitcoin is a better choice at all times, which it is indeed. But Ethereum transfer to PoS soon might lead to a boost in the price.

We are getting close to the launch of the ETH 2.0 version of Ethereum which would be a better version that would rely on proof of stake, and when it happens (even before it happens) we would start seeing the price going up. Ethereum has also been performing quite well as of recent, today was over 2%>. If you choose to invest in Bitcoin, it is still a good choice, normally you would he told to invest in BTC, or you can diversify for both.
