Good moment to buy btc or eth?

This is the best time to buy bitcoin and hold for future profit making. Many coins dropped price since November  till now that is making investors not to sell their coins because of the low profit that involve.
Now that the price of bitcoin is too low for investors to invest more on bitcoin than ethereum because the gas fee of ethereum is too high for investors to make a good profit. Both bitcoin and ethereum price has dropped  but bitcoin is the best opportunity to invest and start having hope on your investment.

When it comes to bitcoin, its always a good buy regardless of the price but if you aim for higher profits, buy it when there is dips like we are experiencing right now. However, with ethereum, its high gas fees seems to be its barrier that stops new investors from buying it, but definitely when this problem will be fix, i know ethereum will always have its potentials that will always dominate from the altcoins market. Actually, it never really lost its potentials eversince.

The market usw to be volatile and people still use to make good decisions.  But as it is now people are afraid to make decisions because the market may fall down more. But even if the market is falling more it will not go far again. Now is still good to buy bitcoin and other coins too.

And those who have taken risk of buying bitcoin when it's on the drop, they can now see that it's worth to take the risk. From $33k, it's back to $40k.
Although too early to celebrate, still there's a lot to see from the market and this could again lead to a drop but I think if it drops, it won't be that much anymore.

as much as I like bitcoin, I would recommend buying ETH for the following reason:
1 - price of ETH in relation to bitcoin has dropped a lot but it will go up again and when that happens the price of ETH will be high

2 - due to bitcoin price drop the price of ETH against USD has also dropped but it will recover as soon as the price of bitcoin increases a lot

well, from bitcoin and ethereum, i would also probably tend to buy ethereum over bitcoin. however, because ethereum fees are quite high, I might just buy it and hold it for a long time. well, if ETH 2.0 had really managed to keep fees down, the price of ethereum would most likely be higher. assuming that, I might be inclined to buy ethereum. Well, if you ask for the right time, as long as you're ready, it's the right time.

So, never wait for any moment to buy a crypto coin, it might be any coins starting from BTC to any coin. So its the right time to get in and buy as many coins as wished. The scalping or short-term method is indeed very good to be applied to the current market and this is done quickly, but requires a large capital to get a decent profit on each transaction. market movements really have to be read and predicted so that they can take advantage of any volatile opportunities well. If you don't have technical analysis knowledge, you certainly won't be able to apply it. do not guess the price without analysis, it will only waste money.

The ideas shared by everyone are greatly appreciated. I also do appreciate people's thoughts on bigger picture stuff, which I forget sometimes. Investing in Bitcoin or Ethereum is a great idea at any time. I haven't even looked at the price, because I don't have any money. Be cautious when you're too emotionally invested in your current position. It's dangerous to make financial decisions when you're emotionally invested. With BTC or ETH, you can get in. As of yet, nothing has been confirmed about the break out of the downtrend line.
