I don't know if this will help, but on a general note as regards to not receiving weekly updates via email notification may be as a result of you not being active in clicking the email and following the links therein it,  I think it should be the same with the forum notification we do get from telegram,  any time you failed to open the links for a specific period,  you may stop receiving new notifications because of that and until you start opening them then go start getting an email notification.

I'm not sure they can suspend or remove BTC withdrawals because Bitcoin is still heavily used by people despite its expensive mining fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is currently 2mBTC (0.002BTC) they could rise it if they can't face the current fees.
