Have you tried to open the tournament page without logging in and checked whether you can see the active tournament of not?
I ask this as maybe you are blocked or not allowed to participate in the tournament, just a wild guess ofc so better to ask live support or maybe try to log out then re-login.

Reach out to the support because crypto crunch is active on my tournament list. Probably your account has some error on tournament display or you got restricted on participating tournament for an unknown reason.

If it's not available in your account, try log out and check the tournament page without login and you can definitely see it
But if the problem has not been resolved then there is no other choice, customer support is the solution.
