Yes you're right it could be a good proposal to attract beginners and small players for example but I don't think they will be able to offer it because as I said above it can't be profitable IMO. If you are referring to Stake, they are offering some BJ tables with $1 minimum stake, but as I remember, the founder of this casino(Eddie) said in a live stream it was costing money to Stake to offer that according to him, and that's why we don't find it elsewhere.

I have a bad experience on phishing email like this that happened to me before.
