If it is weekend, it's the same for Sportsbet too. But if you email them it is just as good, with a few hours wait. I know some people complained before there was no live support but it rarely happens to me, you know immediately if you see the bot respond instead of a name with a flag

I didn't know it, so, for something immediate, resorting to the old and obsolete email is not the best alternative.

If you ask me I prefer email responses over the Live chat feature. My reason is that I want to be able to send a detailed email and then go about doing something else. And the cool thing is that the response time is so fast that you  hardly have to leave your computer or look away from your device before getting a reply. And I absolutely love it. I can decide to respond immediately or if I am caught up with something else, I can finish that first before replying. If it were the Live Chat feature, and you don't respond after some time because you get caught up with something, the support might close the chat.  Well, as they say, different strokes for different folks.

Just thought I would update a little bit here my experiment last week on one of the tournaments. Never played LC tournaments, but I saw the Blackjack Race 9 and 10th spot was only 10 points! Which was only a $10 wager! So I thought, let me get to 8th place, it's still 10 USDT. Wagered $120. And this was just 4 hours left to the end.
