An ad first

All, the hardfork will break p2pool code. There is currently a bounty of

300DRK + US$100

to update the p2pool code. MPOS was already patched and NOMP was patched today.

If you cannot personally program, spread the word. I am working to get this on the Darkcoin twitter feed and at that time it can be retweeted.

Bounty info -> https://darkcointalk.org/threads/developement-work-for-p2pool-and-nomp-stratum-patch.360/

Old p2pool code -> https://github.com/chaeplin/p2pool-drk/issues/4

Updated MPOS Stratum code -> https://github.com/darkcoinproject/darkcoin-stratum

Updates made to NOMP -> https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal/commit/c3a15ad200d6e5095931af06af48e43a31676e6b

DarkSend V3

● This approach is almost completely anonymous
● It’s fast, it has little overhead, it’s simple and easy to understand
It’s decentralized (unlike zerocash, zerocoin, etc)
● It also eliminates those pesky “Insufficient Funds” errors.

Yup it's funny how altcoins that use Evan's innovations don't give credit.  Darkcoin has the best developer ever!  LOL (I'm a shameless cheerleader)

I think you should read Zerocoin paper first before type this sentence.

I heard you can still check the balance in a dark coin wallet address, but you could not see who deposited it or where it is sent to. Is this correct?

Only if the transaction was done via DarkSend (which is in beta for the moment). Some of the early transactions were done without DarkSend so it is still possible to map the transaction with some degree of certainty.

OP

Is there a list of coins cloning Darkcoin x11 and DGW?

The troll was filling up about 23% of this thread. Looks like someone really missed out on a great opportunity and is so mad right now.

It's funny how we're all bagholders -- yet this coin hasn't crashed from anywhere.

It's funny how anyone who supports darkcoin clearly hates every other coin in the world . . even though a lot of the main thread is full of praise for other coins.

I heard you can still check the balance in a dark coin wallet address, but you could not see who deposited it or where it is sent to. Is this correct?

Coins that I sent via DarkSend to other addresses were invisible on the block chain.  If I took the "send to" address and looked it up in the wallet via getbalance, it showed no balance.

I don't think Darkcoin holders hate other coins??  Personally, I can't handle more than one, LOL, but that doesn't mean I think other coins aren't of value.  I have looked at all kinds of coins brought to my attention, some are very interesting.  But I'm pretty gung ho on Darkcoin, and it's all my puny brain can handle to keep up with it, LOL

Oh geeze, I didn't realize you were being sarcastic, LOL, sorry!

I am the supporter of DARKSEND, and Darkcoin.

Darksend is at least something developed by Darkcoin dev.
