By doing that, they have out themselves on the spotlight and set out the highest standard to be seen on their site. Apologies for the delay in responding to some of your feedback; as @LittleMouse and @robelneo pointed out, we inadvertently broke the forum rules by posting some responses one by one and therefore making multiple consecutive posts; in future, we will try to respond more comprehensively in single posts.

With this in mind, below I have attempted to consolidate some of the main topics which have been raised and respond as clearly and honestly as I can on a public forum; to reiterate, if any of you have individual concerns/questions about your account, I would encourage you to contact support@wowcasino.com and the team will get back to you as quickly as possible.

1. "The #1 Crypto Casino" - This was always intended as a mission statement rather than a claim that we're the finished article, however we can appreciate how some might view this as braggadocious or misleading. Therefore, I have amended the thread title and we are also removing references to it from the website.

2. Awards - Regarding the awards, also bear in mind that as a new casino, we haven't had a lot of time to enter and win a lot of awards! However, we do encourage objective feedback and reviews from users and third-party sites alike. As far as I know, the sites mentioned previously are legitimate affiliate sites; here are some more examples of recent reviews we have received:

As mentioned previously, CSNO has no credibility in any gambling community as far as I'm aware, so I'm not sure what makes them "top independent casino experts", as you describe them. I can understand that you, as a new casino, cannot have a lot of reviews or awards, but then why bother including casino review websites we can't trust?

first, fourth and fifth are edited and I can edit better than that. It looks like that CSNO doesn't have really a credibility since they can't even show a good image of themselves. Even Elementary student will  notice the edited faces of some from that images , this means that this Casino is not WOW instead it is EWE .

They are trying to lure players by claiming being a ranking casino but the truth is they are not , I think now i can finally decide to Not deposit nor play in this site ever.

just like what rodskee said, the images are obviously edited. on top of that, their LinkedIn has no activity including founder, most of all if you use "search image with google lens" you'll see that the images of their "team"(which you can find here https://csno.com/team/) are just taken from different articles, photos, models. finding this out completely ruins any credibility they have.

They are busted this early they should hire professionals to do the editing, members here good when it comes to tracing yes I also noticed they edit their title they take down title number one because the truth is they do not deserve that title its a strategy that backfires but let's give them a benefit of a doubt and prove themselves that they mean good business here, but still play at your own risk here.

Reviews from reputable sources are always welcome, especially for new casinos. I'm waiting for reviews from BTCGOSU and GamblingBro with honest transparency and full review scores.

It still irks me that they advertise themselves as "the #1 crypto casino," even though they have no basis in facts or reality (it's just their marketing). If they were really top of the line, and really good, they wouldn't need fake reviews from a couple of obscure sites, like the ones mentioned in ther ann, which have no relevance in the gambling community, and are nothing more than clickbait sites. These "review" sites may have been set up by the casino itself, as far as we know.

I already heard both btcgosu and gamblingbro but I like how gamblingbro review a gambling site. If we are in a hurry and can't wait for them to make their own review, we can also visit the casino right now on our own to see if what this casino got compared to other existing casinos.

It looks that lots of people here are not comfortable seeing that "number one casino" in their title, maybe the author of this thread can remove it for a while only to please people and to make them calm. There is no reason to put your trust in this casino if it is done for the sake of gaining sympathy. Sorry, we're not kids to be fooled by a photo of a smiling face as if it depicts casino no 1. It's totally irrelevant.

You're right, instead of making the casino want to look like gambling that is considered number 1, it will only become a time bomb where abuse will adversely affect the reputation of a casino. Especially if they are newcomers. I also completely agree that the cursory research done by Fatfork is quite good. Because little by little we can follow up on what the real purpose of this casino was built. Do not let something hidden in it for other purposes.

It will be interesting to see what does the WOWCasino comes up with the excuse here. Probably they will say that our team picture was in the development phase, so we shared a Shutterstock image and that too by editing it to match our real members

Thank you Fatfork; I didn't pay close attention to that image LOL as they weren't directly involved with wowcasino. I thought you are pointing something fishy at wowcasino & that's what I was looking for LOL. Thank you once again, mate. It really makes no sense to use CSNO as somewhat creditworthy. I wouldn't be surprised if that review was even paid LOL.

Curacao license is very much easy to get; you should know that.
