He told his voters to vote in person and NOT to vote by postal voting. His intention was clear (voting in person is more secure), but he took thousands of fake votes off his own party (as we all know, even dead people receive postal vote-papers)!

I would say that the puppet masters that currently run Biden would want Harris in there instead of him. Biden has served his purpose and I still think even if he says that he will be running for President again in 2024 (if he can make it that long) what will happen instead is the midterms will be rigged for the Demz and then Biden will step down and let Harris in there all so she can be the first woman president. Even though neither of them were legitimately elected by the people. In the end, by 2024 they'll both get the blame for the great depression that will happen during and after their term.
