Free NFTs are a waste of time

I have seen yet another one that was distributing 800 NFT's for free just for bounty, and another 1200 for marketing purposes as well, like AMA's and discord stuff or whatever, basically 2k of it would be given for free, and 8k would be sold. You wanna guess what happened? It crashed, they only managed to sell 400, and the others remained unsold, so they dropped the price and so forth but its basically gone right now.

Long story short, if you want to have a good project, have money and spend that money for marketing. If you are using what you just created as your payment, that worths zero at that moment, it will worth something in the future if you do your job well, but until its released its worth zero, and if you already spending that and not any money, it will not be a good project, no way.

The NFT market itself looks like scam. I bought some NFTs that are now lying useless in my account. An asset that has no instant exchange value can't be said to be a good investment, I buy X and I can't instantly exchange it for a value is a joke, I have to be praying for a buyer to buy it someday.

Scammers take advantage of any moment to cheat, the trend that occurs is that NFT makes them use the trend, especially since NFT is very easy to make and make a fake team, then campaign by giving airdrops and most likely is a scam project.

If the NFTs have interesting real use cases and fundamentals rather than just a simple JPEG or collectible, then it’s worth having it.

In some NFT groups that I belong where some have availed the free mint, they did sell it successfully with a decent floor price or so.

But I would rather mint a free NFT that is unique, out of the box and attractive in the eyes of the collectors aside from its real use cases and fundamentals.

Most of the "free" NFTs are garbage as they don't provide any real use cases to the world. They're only created as a means to attract investors into NFT projects by ultimately "sucking" as much money out of them as possible. It's similar to certain airdrops of tokens with no real purpose in life. Only in-game items and certain digital collectibles are worth it. The NFT hype hasn't vanished yet, so expect a constant influx of "freebies" clogging up your wallet like there's no tomorrow. Just my opinion

Any NFT projects that one doesn't work or doesn't earn it is considering as a scam projects, things in the space is highly placed for hardwork and no longer free. I have participated in NFT projects on the discord app, and I tell you this for free, it's stress before one can win whitelist spot on a project. All the grinding and drawing of diagrams issued by the moderators are all processes which one needs to posseses before earning NFTs. In that way, we prepare our minting fee inother to earn more profits from the projects. But some projects are over hype and consider not favourable for investors and traders.

Well it depends. The ones I am getting from METAISLAND for just subscribing to there news letter and joining discord is a Free utility NFT in there ecosystem.

It is multiplayer metaverse kind of project I believe but all those WL you get from them are not so profitable like free mint are hyped and boted and you also don't earn much from them because they will be listed at very low price that you will cover fees approximately from them or say few bucks only so what's the whole point for getting them I don't understand?

We can't conclude what will be the fate of those free NFT's but becoming a junk do have a higher chance to happen, since it was beendistributed as free then maybe there are someone who will buy it but the assurance cannot be guarantee, maybe if you are not really
a fan of this kind of asset or collections better not to claim it and move forward to other asset or project to invest both your time and your money.

We don't need to think about the price because there is no opening price if the NFT is already tradable, we are just making sure that we get free NFT from potential projects and have potential partners for the future, so don't be skeptical that new free NFTs have high prices because of the impact of hype

The outcome or the fate of your free NFT depends on how buyers will take it when you sell it from the market, otherwise, it will be a display inside your wallet and it will stay forever. It's your own take and only fate will dictate who knows right? just take the free and keep it then wait till what will happen in the future if the nft will give you decent amount of benefits.

Well I think much of the 'hype' behind the NFTS went away a long time ago when we entered this 'Bear market'.  If we are losing money with our crypto investments then we will of course be losing money sometimes more in our NFT investments.

Just like with air drops for free coins, I hold the same opinion for free NFTS.  They are mostly a waste of time because if these were solid projects the free tokens would be worth more. Mostly these projects giving air drops are worthless projects and I feel the same way about a free NFT.
