It's been two days and the OP has not fixed this, it's very important people might be directed to a wrong site if they don't have a link in their announcement thread if he can't include it in their image, he can create a link source that he can put before the image and after the image just make sure that it's noticeable, but putting the link inside the image is much better and preferable.
There are already a lot of comments and questions OP should always be online to address and answer all the questions, the first three days after posting your announcement are very important.

The account of OP was online yesterday answering the accusation that has been posted on the scam accusations board. I guess they have to solve that first and the person who has accused them is in contact with them. Let's see if they're going to refund him or not.
But if they're coordinating with him and hopefully they solve it so that as a new casino, they won't have the paint already on their reputation.

They really have to resolve the issue because that could hit their reputation negatively which is too important, especially for new casino sites. They should do something about the said problem before it could affect their trust rate because nowadays, players usually check the reputation of a site before registering.

He has the same problem as you, so I wouldn't recommend anyone to make a deposit on this casino till they fix this issue and refund all the affected users.

If they are doing it right, no one will accuse them of scam or any thing related to it. And if there is, the community usually validates if the accusation has basis or not. Because if there is no basis, people will just ignore the accusation. The first week when you opened your announcement thread here in Bitcointalk is very crucial this is the time that you will establish your reputation and the community will give feedback based on what they see and encounter, unfortunately, PlayCrash failed miserably, I hope the complainant will get his refund.

Bgame.io was developed and launched by a user amoonaser, however, ANN was later changed.

There is already a scam accusation against them for blocking the money of one player. They replied in the thread that they will refund the user's money soon but so far the user has not received the refund. So it is important to be cautious until the allegations against them are properly resolved, because now depositing on this website may not be the right decision as some allegations are already being made against them.

Check the scam accusations board. The report is already there with proof. PlayCrash.Com did acknowledge that their casino is actually buggy, though they have refused to refund the victim their money up to now. They just disappeared in a thin wind.

This isn't a 'possibility' but rather a reality that the OP and amoonaser is the same person. I don't know if anyone would even dare buy it given the fact it only has an appealing interface with no further use at all. Bgame.io also redirects or can be a mirror to the playcrash.com website, or just a domain waiting to expire (bgame is still live but with no response from the database as the games and chat keeps loading). Even upon visiting the platform playcrash, it never shows their license from any e-gambling license companies nor any links to prove their legitimacy. There's no such platform that has all the similarities even the context on their about us page that were legit yet 'sold'. Buying a website is having the opportunity to change things up, unless he's too dumb to care about its image.

Adding insult to injury is they acknowledged their mistake and promised to pay but refused to pay until now, if they have good intentions they would have refunded instantly I don't think they will come back and if they come back, it's too late they have already lost their reputation, I don think I can trust a casino who cannot take action at the best possible time, they are no addressing issues and questions and they cannot keep a promise, it's over for this casino, I feel sorry for whom they scammed.
