First of all i do not own any casinos, but yes i have worked with some crypto casinos and also has some personal experience over these past years on how advertising works.
And to be honest there is no need of huge bankroll in order to get in this industry or advertise.
Just make sure you maintain the transparency to your customer.
Use 10% of your total bankroll in advertising or promotions.
You can run signature campaigns on the forum or can also buy auction ad slots here in order to promote your site.

I am pretty sure that your team is supposed to have an advertising team and that they're supposed to do their own research and study based on publicly available information and not based on opinions of players themselves, cause you know, well, it'd be kinda dumb. If you're working alone or on a small team, I'd suggest checking up on the site first for a week whether everything is working properly or not, and then proceed with a simple share of the site on various forums and review sites. Cheapest and safest way imo, no need to hire shitposters to do advertising.

LOL, you asked the question as if every one here is a casino owner, if you really need a clear and accurate explanation/information on your queries, then I advice you seek the advice of an owner of an already very successful casino owners, he or she is the one in the best position to give you the answers you want, aside this, what every other person here (including myself) are going to tell you might just be pure guess and far from accurate, most especially, those of us who don't own casinos.

On the other hand now, I can still through in my own suggestions, and one of those is that you should have it in mind that advertising will cost you alot of money, and I probably think that the cheapest form of advertising your casino right now is through signature campaign on this forum, if you can hire a good campaign Manager who will in turn get get posters depending on your budget, I believe that in no time, you should be having good amount of customers if your casino is good, online ads are also very good but it cost far more, and I don't think you wanna go down that road right now except you have enough money for it.

Bug bounty hunting is good start actually since this could encourage user to test their casino and find possible bug they can discover. But before going into having sig campaign, much better if most are already in place in your casino. Maybe, as a start, run for bug bounty program. At least, with this bounty program, users will help you find out the possible vulnerabilities of the site so you can address it before fully launching the site. In this phase also, users know that you still need to resolve those possible bugs inside the casino. Also, once launched, expect that you will receive criticisms from the community. Take those as pointers that you can improve the site.

Honestly speaking casino technicalities I don't have the capacity to talk about this in detail. Because maybe a technician and a more professional team will tell you. I'm just a gambler aka user and nothing more. So actually I really lack knowledge on this one. If it's about the cost then I think you need a large capital as well as experienced in the casino field. At least have a channel that can direct you.

If you feel you are not ready, maybe accumulating experience is much better than creating a casino that is built without careful planning, it will be very useless.
