I don't recall an owner will put details about that. Bankroll and everything are considered secret or can't be disclosed in public. As a casino owner, at least you should have an idea about that, and no need to ask how much bankroll is needed.

If you don't have any idea about that, how can you even run a casino?

On the advertisement and marketing part, options are buying an ad space here, thru a signature campaign, or just an effort to popularize your casino by making an active ANN thread here.

Anyway, and to be honest, planning to start your business in such a comptitive field such as gambling and asking such question in a public forum doesn't look like a good start.
OP, you should know that most likely you will have to spend on marketing way more than what you've spent on developing the platform if you want a good start and to have a chance to compete with established brands.
You probably should hire a professional team to take care of this.

I'd probably recommend those if and only if the casino has ample funds to fund the startup their doing. If not, well then that severely limits the choices they could actually do. I'd suggest signature campaigns as you said, or buying slots for advertisements that allow gambling ads and the like, try to find them cheaply. One more idea would be asking gambling review sites and the like to review your casino, and then let them post it in their respectivce sites/forums so that the casino name itself would get more traction. Also, the social campaign may also help to promote your casino, and the last one here in the forum, the signature campaign really has a great impact on the gambling casino in the long run.

That's right, you really need to invest a little for advertisement and promotions that's why you need a good budget not only in the bankroll but also budget for promotion and advertisement of your gambling site.

I wouldn't recommend signature for new gambling sites and if you don't have much budget since it would cost you $1000 weekly or maybe even more depends on how many participants you would like in your campaign, I suggest to focus on good promotion in website since those would attract more players rather than signature campaign though it would be effective if you do both.
