If you have no interest in top crypto projects my advice is to focus on making profits out of new projects only, erase the idea of holding for years because ma y altcoins won't be around in next two to three years later, its also unpredictable which token or coin will for long, do some research and invest money that you are ready to lose.

only coins that developt their own chain have great utility could survive for more than two or three years later, and not alot of project could do this. most of project at this moment only shit and focus taking investor's money. recently i saw jungle kingdom project which is rise 750 bnb but only provide luquidiy 11bnb and price dumped hard. so becarefull with new project especially undoxxed team by reputable audit firm.

I think the same there are many coins that are being developed above other chains like ethereum and most of them have almost no chance of surviving, the only ones that have a decent chance to do so are the ones that make a commitment to create their own chain, but unfortunately this is becoming more and more rare, and for some reason people simply do not care about something that is quite honestly incredibly important.

Why not? Both can be used as a medium of exchange and the fact they have different characteristics means that we can compare them and take our own stance and decide which is the best for us, I have to use fiat due to the lack of businesses accepting bitcoin where I live, but make no mistake if I could live out of bitcoin alone I will not hold fiat anymore, because to me it is inevitable that we are going to see a collapse of the fiat system at some point in the future.
