As you've predicted the price made a good move above 19.2k, and the following day the price went high around $20300 which is a good move. The market is still around $19.5k which seems to be fair. For now we're heading towards the month end. So, how the market gonna turn??

I planned buying when the price was at 40$ , the amount of bitcoin I planned to buy is a small quantity which if the market eventually go dip i may lost 30% of it. But now I feel even if I buy and it goes dip it wont go dipper the way the price is now.  What do you think about my plan?

If you buy bitcoins when the price is at $40k, maybe your plan is not wise considering the current market conditions where the bitcoin price has decreased significantly and currently the bitcoin price is in the $20k price range which means you lose almost 50% of it. When the price of bitcoin drops like it is today all you need to do is hold it and wait for the price to move back up then you can sell it so you don't lose.

In a situation like this selling will be at big lose, what is supposed to be done is to hodl no point to sell it. Sometimes  in cases like this people sell their bitcoins at lose and the same person will still want buy bitcoin in the dip, why not just hodl the one that was lost due to the bear market to recover it when the market increase.

Compared to the price that OP mentioned and maybe he bought it, the price right now is really too good to buy. Many people predict bitcoin will rise and reach new ATH after halving means about 2 years as you say and maybe bitcoin won't rush to rise for about 2 years but there's no guarantee bitcoin will fall further so take a chance. Sometimes the cryptocurrency market always gives us surprises.

this same as my concern as we are mostly having a good record when October comes so basically I am also expecting the same now but I wanted to be ready as well if the market turns side turn because we don't know what to come as the market and the world economy is really into something deeper in our days now.

As at the time this thread was created Bitcoin price and the orice of most coins in the market then was on a bull run with price around 50 to 40k which was not a good price to buy, but at the moment Bitcoin is still below the 25k level which make it the best time to buy since the bull market is about to begin.

Bull market will indeed exist again, but I don't think it will happen anytime soon because of the Bitcoin price movement in the last month and this month I see it is still above $20K and below $25K. So I doubt that the Bull market will start soon because for me there is no sign for the Bull market at this time or in the near future. It will really be a big regret in your life. Because it is no longer possible to go back to the state of Bitcoin when you were trying to make purchase. But I think maybe could not hold that position but have to grab the current price of bitcoin. If you fail here too, you will regret this time again.
