People do think that the only best time to buy Bitcoin is when the price is low, which i noticed from the beginning of cryptocurrency that bitcoin price can only be okay for investment when you have understand the market, because i know that itself is a kind of place where you can invest and still make your Profit, but the best time to invest in Bitcoin is during the time of bearish market and it's when investors buy more of cryptocurrency against the bullish market

There is no difference from what you are telling about. Low and bearish times are the same but other than that, I can't think of any great times to buy a btc. Buying at highs is very risky because people are doing the opposite move which is selling but if you don't mind waiting for a very long time then I think it is permitted because the price can still recover after some time and then move up to another all time high.

Anyone can invest in crypto and it does not matter if you have a great knowledge with it or not because you can still be lucky by hodling it, like what others did before when cryptos are still new. They just made a gamble and made a fortune later on.

Selling at a loss is still a strategy so it can make sense for someone who get an advantage of doing it but maybe not for you because you haven't tried it. Those who use sell at a loss start will always buy back again when the price dips but there are people who simply sell at a loss because they badly need a money especially now that we are experiencing a problem outside but for those who are unaffected with that problem then they can use their money instead for buying more coins. It's possible to be over confident here.

It's not wrong as long as you know that you pick up the right coins. It's only not good if you are a person who gets easily disappointed when the coins you pick didn't move according to your expectations.

We don't need to wait for CPI in December, in early November the Fed will meet and will announce the next interest rate soon. The possibility of a 0.75% increase is almost certain but if they decide to go up to 1% this will be another punch to the market. But I also partially agree on fzkto's thinking, people who panic may have sold out of bitcoins and have left the market, those who have stayed so far, I believe selling bitcoin has become pointless. So no matter if the market continues to plummet with any news, it will recover to 18k-19k soon, I believe this is the support we will maintain.
