unfortunately I already went through the sad situation of being active for 2 months in a bounty campaign and then I had to wait 4 months for payment, there were nightmare and irritating days and at the end of 4 months when it was just time to receive payment I see that there was a 500% reduction in the initial value, something shocking. Same here, I happen to participate in a bounty campaign that promised a delayed payment then after the deadline for payment came, the project extended the waiting period until they failed to release the payment for the bounty hunter.

For my long years of participating in a bounty campaign, I have seen several bounty managers that update their spreadsheet during the last week of the campaign.  Most of them pay so I won't consider it as a red flag for scamming since I also experience an updated sheet and a very active manager but in the end, the campaign does not pay a single cent to its participant. 

Actually, it will depend on who the bounty manager is.
there are Bounty managers that always update the spreadsheet regularly every week.
There are some bounty managers that update the spreadsheet after several weeks or in the last weeks.
And there are also some bounty managers that update the spreadsheet after the bounty ended.
Each has its strength and weaknesses. But, as long as the BM is still active, in the forum or even in the social media or telegram group, I think that it is still normal. but, if there is no updated news, not active for a long time, and no clear information even after some week's bounty ended, the BM may get red flag or scam accusation.

I wouldn't consider that as a strength and weakness, bounty manager's failure to update a sheet every cut-off is laziness at its best.  The campaign must be updated every after weekly cut-off to ensure the quality of the campaign.

From beginning to end, if there's no update then that's already the sign that you should leave that bounty. You're just making a free advertisement and participation for them.
And what you get is nothing and the manager is not giving an effort to just update the spreadsheet for all of you to see what you've been up to and how you've been doing for each week.

This means that a Bounty Manager that is not managed properly, is unprofessional and will definitely not work together again if the Bounty Manager is negligent in carrying out what should be his obligations because he has been paid to manage the campaign. NO UPdate in the spreadsheet was the sign the BM is not active, can't even say it was professional, though.
For me, I'd rather not think about it anymore and have to move on as might it happen that BM is in trouble or that something he/she doesn't want to update is because no payment has been sent to his/her wallet. I think I wouldn't wear the banner till the end of the campaign on that case, because I would be seriously worried about the possibility of not being paid after all. When contact with a bounty manager is too difficult and his messages or guidelines are unclear, I prefer to not get involved with the campaign to avoid issues later. However, what can be done to a bounty manager who can't work efficiently is up to potential hirers who will analyze his history of previous jobs and choose to employ him or not. Bounty hunters can do nothing besides giving their legit feedback to the manager.

It is very important before we join the bounty campaign, in addition to checking the project we will promote, we should also make sure we choose
a bounty manager who has a good reputation. Because usually a bounty manager with a good reputation, also has good performance. I agree if
we judge that the bounty manager is not doing his job well, better leave the bounty campaign, because why waste our time promoting projects led

Actually the only thing you can do is talk to them properly to give you an update. If his not yet complying then his an incompetent one, its his job to gige you that and make his work since he is on contract service to a project. Many managers like this, its frustrating that there are users like this despite of being hired. You cant report it herr in forum cause mods dont moderate bouty.

Yes the right thing to be done is call the attention of the manager and you can go ahead and let him know why spreadsheet is important in campaign,  that it shows quality of being a good manager. But if he refuse to go with your suggestion just let him be ,  a reasonable person will definitely accept the  suggestion.

This is even more true if your efforts are supposed to be evaluated weekly, a manager that doers not update the spreadsheet for a week or two may have a valid excuse for this behavior especially if they have a good reputation in the forum.

But if the manager is relatively a new one then you know that this kind of behavior most likely reflects their unprofessional nature, and as such it is a good idea to leave that campaign behind as it is unlikely that you are ever going to be paid anyway.

It's easy, you should message to project manager, but don't write rude messages. If you do that and they still politely answer your messages, I think it's best not to look down on them but kindly ask if I can update my signature to another project.

If there is a new manager that doesn't work hard, that manager will not grow to be a good one. They will get like one or two jobs right off the bat, but then they are not going to do anything bigger later on. I personally believe that hhampuz and people like him end up being this great not because they are great at the very first one, but they are great at all times, including today.

What we are doing right now is that, we should be trusting big name ones that has been around because they know what they are doing and they didn't let anyone down for even a single week, if a new one does something that even old ones don't do, that will not fly in crypto world.

Nowadays, it is hard to earn rewards from bounty campaigns, so don't waste your time and effort trying to work with a manager who is so ineffective. If they do not have a good reason and do not give any notice then you should leave the campaign immediately as you may not receive anything if you continue to participate in advertising for that campaign.

Managers don't work hard, they won't have any chance to manage a potential campaign, so stay away from those unprofessional campaign managers and participate in campaigns from professional and reputable managers.

Actually you the only option you people have is to cite a fresh topic in reputation were forum mates will deliberate about the matter, because it's not good to own a participants who has participate in signature campaign and also a bounty campaign, because many managers has gotten red tag by not paying their participants. From my own understanding you people deserve explanation from the manager even though the campaign is not sincere or its a scam campaign.

Try telling the manager in the telegram group or you can do a private message to see if the manager has a reason for that and if the manager doesn't respond to your complaint then it's better to leave the manager and don't follow back if he has a new project so we don't lose a lot of time while working on the project , because every manager has a different style, you should ask the manager first.
